Find the Fifth Dimension and hold it as long as you can.

I have had moments when I just became very happy for no reason. This flashed up when I didn't expect it. I have had this feeling when I sit and meditate by the beach or in my garden. The mind must be full of love and all things forgiven and joy practiced for just being. We are all a part of the One.

Driving to work this happened too. Occasionally when the traffic is light and I remember that the car and all the highway the people the components of everything has consciousness and I send them love.

This may be hard if you get annoyed or aggravated by other drivers or whatever. What fleeting moments of joy. I will go outside tonight and try to get there. The fifth dimension is here now. Enjoy!

We are multidimensional beings. We exist in myriad forms on this and higher dimensions. (We have higher smarter happier versions of ourselves.) All of time is happening NOW but we see mainly this third dimensional world which is an illusion. We created this illusion when we decided as a higher evolved beings to come to physicality and emotionality to experience this type of existence. Physical pain and sex and other experiences which aren't felt in the other higher dimensions. We bet our family of more advanced humans that we would find our way out of this 3d illusion. It started off as fun but we accumulated karma and so have been here for a long time often suffering. Most of us have forgotten the power and divine heritage that we have (WE are gods.). We have been trained and brainwashed; drugged up and dumbed down and distracted by society religion and paradigms that say: We have to behave this way. God is an angry and jealous punisher. You have to work to live by the sweat of your brow. Anything worth having is hard to get. You have to work hard to survive. All of these are lies. Earth is rich there is more than enough for all of us to live without working so hard. the people that control earth are descendants of some older being that manipulated us to work for them. their greed knows no bounds.

The fifth is a dimension which is higher than the third dimension we live in on earth at this time. It is a vibration or resonance of joy; abundance and love that earth is going to. We will have the choice to go there. The ascended beings and many of our space brethren are from the fifth dimension or higher. Keep reading the channeled messages and you will hear that there is great food and a different kind of love making in the higher dimensions. Too much for me to explain here.

We perceive the linear time and space in this 3D earth. There is no time at all only the now and the other nows. All of time is going on now. There are many other versions of yourself; me everyone and even earth ascended. We are just lucky to get to come to this place where earth will make this leap in evolution. The higher dimensions are more advanced cultures than those on earth in this now. Food and all we need are readily available so there is no need to struggle to survive. The Ashtar Command and the Pleidians are trying to help us take ourselves there but we have to do the work. They are not allowed to do it for us.

We are here to help bring in the higher dimensions and help earth rise there too. We do this by anchoring light bringing it into our chakras from above our heads; though our bodies and into the heart of the earth. while we do this we have to know that earth appreciates this. She is a living and conscious being just like the tree and the animal and all matter.

We have to practice bringing in the 5th dimension by having no secrets; being open to share forgiveness to all especially those that hurt you the most. We have to laugh through all pain. We have to totally forgive our selves and othersconstantly. If we can't them we work on these things.

When we master these practices we find the vibration of the fifth dimensional. Life becomes magical. You will see many things that are miraculous. It requires persistence. Laughter and fun are helpful to raise our vibrations to that of the fifth dimension. So are simple joys. Kindness and sharing helps too. Meditations are also good. There is a violet transmuting flame that help scrub us clean and gets us to this vibration. You can google the Violet flame prayers and also read about ascension and Ascended master Saint Germain.

We are living in a time when the fifth dimension is available to all now. When we tap in there we will have upsets and other problems come up to be worked on and let go. This is where the violet transmuting (erasing) flame can help. After a while you will start having the stronger intuition and dreams and also recognize that you have had them all along. You have the power now1
