This next week, Kathleen and I – each on our own blog (1) – will be looking at various aspects of female/male relationships.

Here we’ll be looking at gender equality. There, she’ll be looking at the balance of the divine feminine and the divine masculine, within.

We’ll be trading articles back and forth.

Let me call GAoG’s special, “Gender Equality Week,” going from Saturday to Friday.

What do I want to accomplish?

In just a very introductory way, for a general audience only, I’d like to bring our attention to some ways in which women are discriminated against and persecuted in our world.

Everyone who’s concentrating on maintaining high vibrations are warned that some of the articles are pretty daunting.

Not everyone needs to be involved in addressing these issues. There are lightworkers who’ve signed on for just this work. Like me and Kathleen.

It’s true that my background is in what occurs in what is called “refugee-producing” countries. So you see articles and photos from a certain group of countries.

I have no background in our western nations. It’s not that I’m ignoring them. I simply am not familiar with the sources or the problems. Again, someone else will have to tackle that side of things.

The situation of women in the world is one area of unworkability that needs to be addressed. But there are so many others as well. The situation of children,  elders, indigenous folk, the sick, the homeless, the starving…. Choose one area and bring your light to it.
