What this means is as more and more of your higherself comes down into your physical you’re going to have some weird energy things going on. When this happens it’s rarely perfect. There is a period of equalization.
The situation is, now you have two parts of you trying to occupy the same space, and although it will work out fine in a few months there may be some unusual energetic stiffness until both energy bodies can harmonize sufficiently. Your higherself has to get comfortable being within you now.
Remember we said previously the energy that used to rush in from your crown chakra will move from above you to within you. Believe me it sounds much easier than it really is for the physical body.
All your little cells are screaming (in a good way) trying to relax with this new source of energy living in the same space they have lived for up to 7 years. Yes every atom in you is replaced within 7 years.
One thing that will happen is your overall energy is going to change. You may have been warm all the time before but for a few weeks after this happens you are going to have maybe a few weeks that you are cold.
You may have always had warm hands and warm feet, for a period of maybe 2 weeks you could have cold hands and or feet.
This may happen a few times but it will level off and go back to where it was before this merging.
But one of the weird things is there will be different spots on you, and it will be different for everyone, where something about the energy is going to take a little bit longer to settle in.
You might have a weird feeling on your back, kind of an annoying little ache or pain that was never there before. This will always be in the same spot and it will have started around the time your energy changed. Some people might have something weird with your foot.
You’ll feel a pain in your foot but you’ll wiggle your toes around and can move them with your hand but you can’t make it hurt that same way again.
The pain or ache will be sporadic. But you won’t be able to reproduce it no matter how you move or manipulate your foot. This is one of those things that will drive you or your doctor crazy if you go to the doctors for it.
They won’t find anything.
Please go to the doctor if you wish to be sure, but if they find nothing please try to relax about it. Let it happen.
The more you worry about it the more grief you will give yourself. Just try to relax into it and it will work itself out. You may get a bit of a white glow from it as well :)

Now that I think about it, I have had some rather unusual happening in my fingers and toes. All of a sudden, my big toe will drop down and turn all the way under and lock up under my other toes and will do this for a few minutes like it has a cramp in it and then it will work itself back to normal. My thumb on my right hand will go down and under and lock up for a few minutes freezing the joint and all of a sudden it would go back to normal. The thumb part appeared to what used to be called a trigger finger. This has happened only 2 times recently and hasn't reoccured so far.
Hello
I have policemans heel diagnosed 2 years ago. in my case but found it difficult to at length. But i found that i was deficient in Vitmain D, since the treatment it has disappeared but recently the pain has mildly returned on and off as its the winter and i don't get alot of sun and i'm not taking vitamin D which i should. In the summer i don't get this problem now, so to everyone with Policeman's heel get your Vitamin D levels checked and get some sun.
Hey Shawnzie,
That sounds like your kidney meridian is activating.
not uncommon in the new energy.
Dear Lynne,
On the internet there is much info about Policemans heel.
I give here one for you.
Plantar Fasciitis
What is Plantar Fasciitis?
[Commonly known as Policeman's Heel]
Heel Pain
Plantar fasciitis is a common foot condition which causes pain and inflammation under the heel. It is also known as policeman’s heel or policemans foot.
The plantar fascia is a strong thick band of fibrous tissue that attaches underneath the heel bone and spans out to the base of the toes. It helps supports the arch. If the plantar fascia is stretched too much or too often then inflammation and small tears in the fibres can occur especially where the fascia attaches to the heel bone. One third of sufferers have the problem in both feet.
Plantar Fascia
Plantar Fasciitis
Do you have plantar fasciitis? Do you have pain and tenderness when you stretch the plantar fascia and press on the inside of the heel?
Symptoms of Plantar Fasciitis
Heel pain is the main symptom. Pain is normally felt underneath the foot where the plantar fascia attaches to the heel, however pain can occur anywhere along the plantar fascia.
The pain is often worse in the morning when getting out of bed or on standing up after sitting down during the day. The first few steps can be intensely painful. The sharp pain will gradually disappear after a few minutes of walking but can then increase throughout the day as activity increases. You may limp because of the pain.
Who can get Plantar Fasciitis?
People over 40 but not necessarily
Athletes, especially those that change their running schedule or technique
People who do lots of walking, running and standing when they are not used to it
People who wear non-supportive shoes
People who are overweight
People who overuse their feet
People with tight calf muscles
People who excessively pronate (internally rotate) their feet
People with flat feet
People who have jobs which involve a lot of standing on hard surfaces
Sometimes an x-ray will show a bone spur on the heel but this is rarely the cause of the pain.
Healing
The plantar fascia will heal very slowly but if the area is continually aggravated and damaged by standing and walking, fibres will continue to be torn.
Without treatment about 80% of plantar fasciitis will heal in approximately 18 months. The other 20% will be left with a chronic condition causing severe pain.
Treatment for Plantar Fasciitis
Combining several treatments can help speed up the repair process. It is unlikely that one treatment alone will allow the heel to recover properly.
Treatment
What you should do First
Rest - rest the foot as much as possible, avoid exercise until the area feels better
Avoid barefoot walking - do not walk barefoot especially on hard surfaces
Orthotics - a functional orthotic (insole) worn inside your shoe can improve foot function and stop excessive pronation (where the foot rolls in too much). Along with calf stretching, orthotics are often the most effective treatment. Also see ready made Orthaheel orthotics and Superfeet insoles.
Stretching - gradual gentle stretching to the calf muscles and the plantar fascia to reduce tightness, reduce stress on the heel and reduce pain when getting up from bed first thing in the morning. Consider purchasing a night splint to stretch the plantar fascia and the calf muscles at night.
Footwear - old or broken down shoes do not give enough support to the foot. Choose shoes with a good arch support. A training or sports shoe is probably the best type of shoe.
Acupuncture - can help reduce the pain
Treatment - Second Choice
Taping - tape applied in strips underneath the foot will help support and rest the foot
Ice - ice applied to the painful area for 10 minutes 3-4 times per day will reduce inflammation. Gel ice packs are the easiest way of applying ice.
Plantar fasciitis night splint - worn overnight will help to gently stretch the calf muscles and plantar fascia. Use the soft Procare night splint, a more substantial splint such as the ProCare Night Splint, or a Strassburg Sock. Combine a night splint with a day plantar fasciitis splint such as the Aircast Plantar Fasciitis AirHeel which is lightweight and comfortable. More information on plantar fasciitis splints.
Massage and mobilisation - will reduce the tension in the plantar fascia and help stretching of the tissue
Painkillers - paracetamol will help ease the pain
Anti-inflammatory medication/NSAIDs - such as ibuprofen will reduce inflammation
Treatment - if all else fails
Injections - a steroid (cortisone) injection can help reduce inflammation in the heel. Sometimes local anaesthetic is also injected in at the same time. It should only be considered if the heel pain remains severe despite all other options because it can cause tissue rupture and atrophy
Plaster Cast to the lower leg - can be applied in very severe cases to rest the foot
Surgery - may be considered in extremely severe and difficult cases that will not respond to any other treatment. Surgery is not always successful and should always be considered the absolute last resort.

Love,light and laughter,
Meindert
We aim to please Lynne. :).
And in reality, all you can do is laugh, and allow the process to unfold as it will.
What we are experiencing is the sum total of an existence worth of unresolved karma brought to life in high definition so that we no longer avoid it.
these are the parts of us that we don't want to know about because we don't understand or like them.
And now we are at a point in history where the truth of who we are cannot, and will not be denied.
So grab hold of something bite your lip, and give it hell.
We'll get through this.
And dare the universe to keep dishing it out.
Because when you come out the other side of this madness with a clean soul, you won't just be laughing, you'l be flying.
And as for the doctors saying there's no cure for your bubble wrap heel,
What do they know?
it is the height of arrogance to assume that because they don't have a cure, there isn't one.
What you need to do is ask the authority on your health and well being for a solution.
Your higher self.
It created the condition to alert you to something that you're neglecting in the your life.
As soon as you acknowledge what this is and take action on it, your higher self will uncreate the condition.
Im getting a warm spot on the bottom of my left foot.
Is anyone else experiencing warm spots anywhere or the like?
Peter, I'm still laughing though, so something weird & wonderful is happening! Thank you! xxxx :-)
If nothing else, ascension isn't dull...
Will this be experienced by everyone or only by those who have achieved a certain level of consciousness for now?
Hello! I have just been diagnosed with "policemans heel". It's something very painful & like walking on bubble wrap! No treatment or cure, just got to live with it! This post has definitely answered my question, without me even asking it! Thank you all so much! Love, light & blessings. Lynne xxx :-)
