Get your mind off the roundabout
“With love again from the Circle of Seven- Today we wish to speak to you about the mind and the importance of keeping it lifted and in a place of peace as much as possible. We think that most people these days know the importance of the mind and the impact it has upon your life but not so very many of you take this importance to heart and train the mind- Truly train the mind in the direction you would like it to go.
Train it to think only of happy things for an hour or train it to cease the worry about a particular subject. For many humans your minds jump onto a worry roundabout and fly around and around and then you complain that you can’t jump off as it is moving too fast. If you could avoid the worry roundabout then your lives would attain a much greater degree of peace.
So what does it take to avoid the thoughts that you would rather not think? It takes training the mind to think about what you choose- to think and to be able to hold your mind in the position of your choosing for a prolonged period of time until your mood shifts or your create a new reality for yourself through the power of your mind.
Those of you on earth who can control your minds garner a very strong ability to create your environment and your own emotions as you want them because your mind is like a vibrational store house and what you think matters. When you couple the feelings of your heart in with your mind, you can really then begin to alter your reality in ways that you never thought were possible.
So, back to the topic of holding the mind steady – How can one achieve this steadniness of the mind? One can practice for short periods of time holding the mind still on an object or thought and if the mind loses its focus you can bring it back gently and refocus it. You train it like a muscle to be in the place you would like it to be instead of letting it take a run around without your permission.
One thing that very often humans forget is that if you hold a thought for long enough then similar other thoughts join in and spiral you up or down. You can choose the direction you are going. If you wish to feel happier then hold your thoughts of praise, gratitude or love for a time until other similar vibration thoughts come in to join them. It really is that simple except in a mind that has been let loose to run wild and create negative pathways, it may take some time to retrain the mind again and harness it for it’s full potential.
Another reason to learn to harness the power of your mind is that when you leave behind your physical body, your mind and the growth of your soul will be coming with you. Where you end up in the dimensional planes will depend upon the vibrations of your being which are largely influenced by the vibrations of your heart and your mind. Together these two play a large role in determining how much light you can hold in your being.
We therefore encourage you greatly to lift the vibration of your hearts and your minds and lift them to a level that your inner peace and joy is unbreakable and to a large extent you have such dominion over your mind and such joy in your heart that the going’s on around you affect you less and less- You become the master of your mind and you lead it where it needs to go and where you are choosing it to be focused.
Keep working with the power of your mind- Notice the next time it begins to get upset and it begins to bring in bad thoughts that lower your vibration. See if you can stop this downward spiral and begin to get to a place of calm or even start trying to lift your vibration up by finding the good in the situation or the light at the end of the tunnel. If you can have this much influence and say on the direction of your thoughts life can occur more smoothly and peacefully for you.
So, please find time to train your mind- Find time to hold it still and hold it in the direction you wish it to be facing. It will make all the difference in the experience of your life. You can choose to lift your mood and therefore the light quotient of your of your soul and your vibration- It is truly, aside from cultivating a caring heart one of the other most valuable uses of your time.
Train your mind to be in peace when you want peace- Train it to find joy when you wish for joy. With time spent on these endeavors you will feel most proud of yourselves.
