New Moon Horoscope. As far as the financial prediction goes with the Placidus / Koch house system, here's what happened ==> NEW YORK/WASHINGTON, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Moody's on Friday lowered its outlook on the U.S. credit rating to "negative" from "stable" citing large fiscal deficits and a decline in debt affordability, a move that drew immediate criticism from President Joe Biden's administration. This announcement took place three days before the New Moon (and three days after my prediction of a financial surprise included as a possibility for the New Moon on 11/13/23). Note that the Moon was not in the sign of Scorpio, but was forming a very hard Semi-Sextile aspect with the Sun at the time of the announcement. This announcement on Friday reportedly made many hedge fund managers defecate Twinkies over the past weekend; organized crime reportedly likes to sell short casino stock when the casino is under their management (and with their ability to destroy the casino). This short sale technique was reportedly used by Merv Griffin's casino managers, who reportedly had bad backgrounds in the gaming industry. Thus, the Placidus / Koch house system was winning the battle over the Campanus / Porphyry house system with the Moody's Announcement of a U.S. credit downgrade on 11/10/23. But just a few hours ago, the military/police activity prediction possibility (selected by me) just went into effect in Washington D.C. today, with road closures for a Israel solidarity gathering taking place tomorrow (11/14/23). The closures began at 10 am.

Thus, the Placidus / Koch house system gets second place with the Moody's downgrade on 11/10/23. This was three days before the New Moon.

The Campanus / Porphyry house system selection gets first place due to the presence of military/police activity going on a few hours after the New Moon took place. Thus, the Campanus / Porphyry house system wins out with more accuracy taking place on the day of the New Moon.

Conclusion

The good news is that no major acts of terrorism have taken place so far. Hopefully this will continue, and this will be another New Moon in which nothing major happens as 2023 closes out. Please don't bet the ranch on it; we have a biased judicial system, a biased media, a (s)elected president who is unable to speak at a veterans ceremony, and a red hot Middle East situation.
