Recently I received this question from a viewer:
Why do I get this "false"/false memory ?That memory looks real but I don’t know if it’s something else or it was real. Could be this a negative entities’ attack (putting thoughts in my head) or something else? Can past-memory check or something like that get me closer to the real truth?
Answer: This is a related to psychology. It is natural for everyone to have fear come up. Sometimes fear pops up as a feeling somewhere on the body physically or as a visual (like a memory). As you are not sure whether this experience is real or not, in any case you are fearful and worried. Whenever fear comes up , i find that working through it within helps to get rid of it! Whether or not this experience you are describing happened to you or not is not relevant now if you are willing to work through the fear of something uncertain. You have to also remember that sometimes memories can later be recalled only to be false or not entirely true. What you put your attention or focus on grows in your mind therefore the more you think of this “memory” the more energy and fire you give it in your mind, which makes it appear more “true” even if its not. Our memories are not always entirely reliable either. For example, you and I could be at the same event yet recall that event back entirely differently. Therefore its important that you work through the fear. I personally would not do a regression check on something like this because that might make matters worse or it might be highly inaccurate. Ultimately you must choose for yourself how you wish to move forward. I would not blame negative entities attacking you since that is totally putting power outside of yourself when your the one entirely responsible for your own life and who you allow to influence you!
Surround yourself with a peaceful, safe haven, and every day seek to do things that enable you to learn, raise your awareness and align to your soul. Do it your own way!~ Through daily intent and focus you WILL most likely not recall such memories as much.
