Not only can these Trapped Emotions become lodged in various parts of our body, but Dr. Nelson has discovered that when they are trapped around our heart, they can create a Heart-Wall. This is the body's way of protecting us from hurt, but it also keeps us from giving and receiving love more freely. If you've ever been traumatized from a bad relationship, you've probably noticed how difficult it is to allow people to really get close to you.
Clearing the Heart-Wall allows you to be open to love again. Heart-Walls can also block us from receiving abundance or financial success and once cleared it gives you the opportunity to enjoy all that your creator meant for you to receive.
- creates depression, isolation, numbness
- blocks ability to give and receive love
- blocks you from success
- may be implicated in heart disease, heart attacks, blood pressure problems, chest pain
- neck, shoulder and upper back pain
- lowered immunity, which makes it harder to heal phyiscally
- Keeps ones vibrational frequency level lowered on average by 100 points
Scientific Findings with the Heart
- has a holographic energy field that measures 12 feet in diameter
- generates 60 to 1000 times more power and electromagnetic energy than the brain
- measurable electromagnetic energy, where one person's heartbeat actually shows up in another person's brain waves, when sending love to that person
Ancients Understood the Heart to Be
- the seat of the soul
- the core of us
- the source of love
- the source of creativity

It is a VERY rare thing for me to encounter someone in my everyday life that I would feel comfortable sharing even a small part of my true self. I don't believe that I would ever appear to be cold or distant to others; It is simply that I share very little in common with most of the people I interact with.
