FRAGMENTATION
“Greetings Dear Ones,
We are the High Council of Orion.
Fragmentation.
When something is fragmented as many of you know, it is broken up into pieces so that its original state of perfection or wholeness or oneness ceases to exist. The pieces are pulled apart into many many subparts.
What this means in today's message is that we ask you to examine fragmentation in your life. What are the things that are happening in your life that take you away from a feeling of wholeness, and once observed what can you do to bring them back into the wholeness of who you are.
This is a topic that can be elaborated on for quite some time, but for this message today, we ask that you look at the ways in which fragmentation is keeping you from peace or a greater level of understanding, or a sense of wholeness, whether it's within your entire life or whether it in one particular aspect of your life.
Is there a way that you can initially describe or feel or experience what fragmentation means?
It could be that in your workaday world you feel too much at the effect of other people's ideas or other people's agendas, and so therefore the tasks you have at hand you have trouble attending to, so your attention is fragmented, and therefore your sense of accomplishment, the sense of purpose, the sense of completion within your day, is not made, is not achieved.
If one looks at a fragmented day one could say “Oh my goodness, I'm at the effect of all these other things, all these other people, how do I ever make any sense out of any of the work that I have to do.”
Instead of feeling at the effect of it or even victimized, by the state of affairs of a fragmented work situation, can you evaluate what it is that's happening? Step back, take that “birds eye view” of the situation and see if there's a way that:
· Information flow could be managed
· Interruptions could be managed
· Or attention could be managed
in such a way so that you get into a flow, that by the end of the day, by the end of the week, by the end of the project whatever it might be, you feel completion, you feel that you've been successful, you feel that you have met the goal that was desired and you feel good about that.
The same could be true in at many different aspects of your life, whether it is in the areas of health with regard to food, changes in diet, exercise, anything that would be required to live a more optimally healthy life. What about all those great things that you think about doing every day for yourself, but days go by and by and by and you never get to it.
What about those lists of New Year's resolutions that in a sense get made over and over and over again, all those good intentions, and all of those are examples of fragmentation. Fragmentation of attention and perhaps being at the effect of forces outside of yourself, so instead of getting upset with yourself about experiencing fragmentation, for it is a pervasive energy in your culture at this time.
What if you start to again take that camera angle back to “get that bird's eye view,” where you can look at the things that are happening and the how’s and the whys, and bring yourself to a new point of view so that perhaps you can manage the interruptions, manage the inconsistencies, manage the expectations.
Why?
So that you can feel aligned to your goals, you can feel aligned to your success, you can feel aligned to where it is that you feel that you want to be going, and as you are aligned with where you feel you want to go, you are directing your life in a smoother path.
A fragmented path goes willy-nilly in all different directions, but a path that's on a smoother track may wind but it's not moving about in random ways. It can meander but it's not getting jerked around from side to side as a fragmented one is.
What happens with that is there's a greater level of peace, there is trusting that your environment is supporting you, and that you are in interaction and action with your environment, so that it can support you and you can support it.
It creates this win-win situation within your life, and you get to move through it more easily and the ease brings about joy, brings about peace, reduces tension, it allows you to see the people in your world differently, it allows you to experience your days differently.
We encourage you to just examine fragmentation in your life, and again take that “birds eye view,” how can you look at that from a higher-level perspective and see what parts can be un-fragmented. Where are the places that you can bring them more into alignment by maybe making slightly different decisions?
Maybe setting boundaries or limits with the people or experiences around you, maybe it's just getting clearer about specifically what you really desire, not what somebody else desires for you, but what is it that you really desire and when you're in the flow of that, and you have that focus that can in a sense manage the fragmentation.
Then everything moves along a lot more easily, a lot more smoothly, and as you move along more smoothly you experience joy, peace, happiness, and then it becomes this self-fulfilling little conveyor belt, that keeps you making those un-fragmented decisions, or decisions from a point of your clarity that reduces fragmentation.
Which then feeds that ease and peace and joy back into your life.
Which then feeds back into making those un-fragmented decisions and so it goes.
Enjoy finding a greater level of unity in your lives and as you do, know that you will be coming more and more in alignment with your Soul.

This is a well written article with a good message. However it doesn't really tell the big picture of covert hostility and subjugation but stands as a false facade of brotherly love.. The Draco/Reptilian races have a history of fragmenting consciousness for control using drugs and/or electronics with hypnosis to created fragment beings to lesson their power and pull them into the domination of a Reptilian collective consisting of a class structure controlled by an oligarchy and human energies as food and a slave class.
I am sorry to say,, but,,, when U say '' feeling of wholeness'' it is a perspective of a Human,, not a light being,..
so i do wonder why that term was used??.
We ( us Humans ) are swimming at the bottom of a Pond of thick Black Mud that nourishes our 3rd Dimensional Souls, ,,,,, We are looking for a slight glimmer of Light to get a reading on the relative direction We should be going in,,,,,,,,,,, and this article suggests to focus on what takes us away from the '' feeling of wholeness'',,,,,,, let me tell U ,, just in case that you have been in the fourth or borders of the fifth dimension for decades,,,,, , that those of Us who are not Indigo children,,, are inbetween U old timers and the Younger Indigos ,,, and we need some CLEAR directions,,, PLease.
Let me enlighten U ,,,,, an Indigo child, is born in the Mud of the Pond like me,,,, but with a totally functioning Compass,,,,, they know what way is UP,,,,,
and the Adult Light Worker,,, has taken decades to figure what way is UP.
