As stated many times before, the use of decrees and/or meditation helps to obtain and maintain a higher frequency level and this is highly beneficial for the maintenance of vibrant health, well being and a positive outlook on life in the physical.
The human mind needs constant reinforcement of positive affirmations, statements and thoughts to counteract the bombardment of chaotic energies which can quickly sway you from your desired outcome.
