1. Make a list of all the wonderful things around you right NOW in your life.
There’s always something to be grateful for!
2. Hang this list on your wall or some place you can regularly see it to feel good and motivated.
3. LET Every action you do today and onwards be aligned to the higher ,
authentic version of you.
Only allow IN appreciation, kindness, oneness!

I find the technique above helpful... as life becomes much more synchronized when I allow myself to flow with the Divine and feel good!

Wonderful message, thank you Star. It is amazing when you start to make a list of all the things that you are thankful for that the list grows more and more everyday as we open ourselves to see the things that are right in our lives instead of the things that are wrong or problematic or stressful for us. I sat down this afternoon and started a thankful for list and thought that there was not much I could put in the list because lately my life has been stressful as hell....I put down a few things and then before I knew it I had filled a page. What an awesome suggestion. Tomorrow I bet I can even add more to the list now that my focus has shifted from what is wrong in my life to what is right....Thanks for the great share.
