well it was a very productive couple of days spiritually i used the jade temple prayer in the first telos book. i think i want there i went to sleep last night, i will used its for lack of it of a better term tonight . i believed that i been cleared some of the stuff i had in me . so, also i kept up meditating and praying to isis also the appearantly the l-glusamine i gotten for my ibs is working at least less pain and bloating. i did a love attraction spell of isis to attract someone to me. heres hoping , beside cleaning my SIRIAN SEAL and atlantean headband it was a good day
