Yesturday, I had this sudden nausea. It cam but it dissapeared 2 minutes after. To night I have not been dreaming enything nor eny visions. But gosh today when I woke upp shortly after, I got this very tense nausea. Descusting feeling that I have to tell! I was feeling so bad that I was fighting agains that vomiting feeling that came crawling! I decided to go eat something, but It was difficult I had to force myselfe to eat it cause It was realy hard to even chew it since I had so bad nausea. After a while my nausea got just little beter so I could handle it! I strill have nausea but not as intence as in the morning...DESCUSTING feeling!
Also last night for some strange reson I felt very uncomfortable and restless. I do not understand why....
I was outside looking at the stars yesturday, and also meditated under the stars. I love meditating under the stars. I saw some teo spaceships in the sky. One of them was hovering stright abow the forest. It was just hovering there on the same place for some time before it started to move and went upp in the sky and in a flash it was gone. Everytime i see this I am filled with joy and happiness...

Yesturday i realised why i felt so horrible sick with nausea two days back! It was a telepathic message or energy of some sort, telling me she had horrible stumach pain! The next my beloved friend died of Colic. :( The vet could not save her! I was so devistated, but thanks for Xzai-On, he was there to suport me telepaticly when I felt as worst! With his help I could handle the loss little beter than without his suport.... R.I.P mt beloved friend...
I meditate once and most often twice a day. And let the light flow trough mr together with my all mighty creator trough christ as well. That is about everything I can do! I have heard that when the DNA activates you can start to feel sudden nausea and also get headaces now and then. More often than usual...I do not require so much food aighter than I used to eat. I get descusted if i feel to full and sometimes I do not know what to eat since nothing seems of interest even if i am hungry....Wierd....
