i am sharing my own experience as well...just happenned last night and i am filled with bliss while writing this ...so much love.

and while doing so...i felt an urge to meditate so closed my eyes and spoke to god that i wish to be an expression of god ...and that he is my father my mother and my friend and my lover....and suddenly a huge wave took over me....straightened me up and i was like a pillar of light enlightened with god passing through me....a feeling of ecstasy took over just after a sudden heat at my base chakra was felt and suddenly splashed upwards ....the splash was experienced about 3 times like waves from the base chakra upwards.......i could feel my heart beating rapidly for a few seconds and my brain in an electric ocean . i can still feel it...and this might be also the result of me sitting today in the sun and having a download for about 20 minutes.
it's 23/11/11 6 am and i am still feeling the bliss from the kundalini experience last night
will keep you up to date with my process hopefully it will help you in your own kundalini experience understanding
i don't know what is next for me but sharing this experience with you loved ones....and a feeling of compassion flowing through me to you inspiring your souls to dance to this beat of god
