Beloved Ones, things are shifting rapidly right now. 

Everything is accelerating and it is, now more than ever, important to center yourself, as things are speeding up. 

At this time, all Realms of Light are sending high amounts of Light and Love to your planet and some of you might experience this "blast" of high vibrational frequencies differently. 

You might hear a ringing in your ears more often now, which is an indicator for these new energies. 

In order for your cells to vibrate at a higher rate, we are using sound, in your experience a ringing or high pitched sound, to allow for the electrons in your body to move faster. A faster movement of the electrons, raises your vibrational frequencies.

The energies that we are sending to you are filled with Love and Light, from the highest dimensions, and we invite you to place your hand on your heart center, whenever you are hearing these high pitched sounds.

This raising of your vibrational frequencies is being orchestrated by your Higher Self to prepare you for the grand acceleration. 

You are getting ready for a big shift, as things are being prepared behind the scenes.
