Right brain techniques utilize love, praise and gratitude (fourteen days of one of these fully catapults you into ascension). Emotions based on desire. What makes an ascension attitude: emotion is horizontal, perception is vertical; an attitude is a combination of both. Awareness gained by love, praise and gratitude in your heart.
