You will always know if you are in accord with your heart by not only feeling good about what you are doing, but also feeling an expansion in your chest. Consciously connect with that expansion. When you have that expansion, you know that you are on the right path. Your mind might be telling you all sorts of things, but that expansion will always lead you the right way. It may be that your heart is telling you something which is totally new, outside of you “box” – listen, breathe, integrate it and then do it. You won’t go wrong. And, when you are at peace, connected with your heart, listen to the ideas and guidance that will flow into your mind. This is the channel and the surest way to connect to the higher energies. The New Earth is all about the heart.It is that simple. It may seem that we are not there yet, since the external energies do not support this, for the most part. But, if you are in your heart, YOU are there, and this is all that matters for now. You will radiate peace, create harmony and well-being wherever you go, and you will be constantly giving, without seemingly trying to. You, in your heart, are life itself, and everything good and beautiful that goes along with it. That is giving. Your decisions will flow, but most importantly, you will be at peace, in harmony with all aspects of yourself. Do not worry if you are not “perfect” at this. Over time, you will get better and better, until you are generally at some level of inner peace all of the time. This is not a contest and the higher energies love nothing more than to assist with this process.External Energies that influence but do not belong to youThe Lemurians say that when you begin to live in the heart, to “ascend”, you will be less-and-less a part of the general field of existing energies. You will be there, but you will not want the drama. When you begin, feel and taste this process in earnest, it means that most of your emotional, mental, past-associated blockages have been cleared. You are actually quite well. What then happens is that you start to become more aware, “psychic”, and able to identify the energies around you. For example, in my case, it was only recently, after yet another internal shift, that I finally began to notice how much effect outside energies have been having on me. There are things out there, in the ether, that like nothing better than to see someone in peace, and then disturb them.It may be that they are attracted to the light, somehow wanting it themselves, or that they are simply just doing their job, which is to push someone to evolve even more. For me, now that I can psychically see more and more what is around and in my field, it has pushed me to take care of myself even more. Remember, if you feel bad, angry, or otherwise “negative”, it most certainly does not always come from you. Just be aware of your feelings, especially if you just, on a dime, took a nosedive from being in the higher spheres to being in resentment or having stories run around your head about what someone did to you, etc., and consciously realize that it’s not coming from you. It will clear, you will feel better, and then you can truly see what, if anything comes from inside of you. This seems to be the game, for now, once you evolve more and more in these energies.However, the day will come when it won’t be so hard for us.
