Hello Everyone! I have problem with eating everywere and anywhere. Sometimes I dont want do eat for almost half a day, but I have weakness to sweet and junk food :( i feel very bad when i ate this but its still my weakness... I dont know how to get out this habbit. Do you have any idea? Meaby do you know how to also controll thoughts because i have mess in my head and also in my life.
If Anybody can help me and give some advice how to control my habits and thoughts I would be very greatfull!

Now, during holidays I'm working in UK as a cleaner. I'm dealing with chemicals and i must somehow detox my body. I see that my body is alergic when i use strong chemical. I dont know why, but from almost a year my skin is dry, red, have rash all over the body, its very unconfortable... Now it gets stronger. I drink almost 2 liters of water a day, its my habit and i dont like sweet juices.
well the wise people say; you are what you eat; so its wise to be careful with what we intake into our lovely body ;)
To get out of sweet foods; i suggest you make substitute... for example i love suger too; instead of real suger i use non suger (without chemicals)... :) and also for things like chocolate; i substitute it for other sweet food like sweet pomegranate fruit (which is v good for the body)....

Yes and like Maloo12 says drink a lot of wather also. Preferebly lime wather...that has a detoxicating effect to the kidneys, It will keep you away from beeing susceptible to urin infections as well if you would have problems with easilly getting urin infections.

Like geting hooked to junkfood and even sweets. Plus that the cemicals they put in our food also results in meny nasty diseases, like cancer, stumach problems, gass problems, swollen stumach, muscle and bone aces, migrens, headaces etc etc. I would sugest you buying a acai detox and acai capsules from Ebay and make sure it is from a top seller! Then you can bee sure to get what you payed for and most importantly delivered to your mail box.
I take this acai detox capsules under the week I am on a detoxication cure. The first day of the detoxication you should only drink, Like green tea is great cause that will detox your kidneys and livers from toxins. Also what you should drink a lot under detoxication is lemon wather or lemon soda wather. Cause just slike green tea lemon have a detoxicating effect. But since you are on liquid the first day on that cure you can eat berry soup. Just make sure it has no sugar added. There are barry soups that dosn´t have sugar added in them. You just need to try to find them. The second day you can start to eat tomato soup, spinach soup or enything similar to that...But during the detoxication you should stay away from milk including white products such as pasta, spagetthi, macaroni, potatos,rice white bread etc...Everything that is white. 3 day you can start to eat sallads. Now you will also probably notice that you do not have hardly ENY sugar need or even fast food need. It is much easier to controll the sweet and fastfood devil now than it was before taking the detoxication cure. Plus that your stumach will also not feel so swollen and gassy. You will also not get easilly headaces and migren like you did before if you suffered from that as well befor the detoxication...
Exersice is also essential in this detoxication if you are stribig to loose a bit of weight. With acai detox and this detox diet I have lost 10 kilos and I am continuing with this detox diet each 3 months. I have no what so ever desire after fastfood or sweets after the detoxication cure and my body is also mullion times happier than before. :)
