I can't verify anything about this video, but I found it very interesting. Below the video is a comment by a viewer -- can't verify the accuracy of that either.

Here's this viewer calling us stupid and he made a stupid mistake. He meant to say: "Since US-residents are too stupid, they couldn't mentallly handle such an incident, accordingly ..." Of course, we CAN and want to handle the truth!

VIEWER COMMENT: "Excellent and footage, that shows the top secret reentry of a satellite capsule with collected solar wind sampels. Since US-residents are too stupid, they could mentally handle such an incident accordingly, date and location of the reentry were kept secret. This step was mandatory, because the shape of the capsule was saucer shaped. The tumbling movement prevented an overheating by air-friction during reentry."
