Just noticed this, love. Very cool experience. There is much more to the unfolding of the understanding of multidimensional beings that is currently in play. It is a challenge to conceive, let alone explain, what it is like unless one has a direct experience. I've used this technique / MP3 for many years and my first introduction to the process caused a party in my room for several weeks. I came back too soon and did not follow protocol.
