New here, need guidance

Hi there everyone, it's good to be here. I seem to be drawn to this Ashtar Command thing, and I'd like to know as much as I can about it- could anyone suggest any books that could help me, what has helped you? What is this about? All I can gather so far is paranormal, aliens, health. Am I missing something? Do they offer any kind of courses or classes?
