A solar eclipse takes place when the Sun and Moon are lined up together and within ten degrees of the Nodal Plane (or the North Node / South Node plane). The U.S. path of the Oct. 14th eclipse is Oregon (best view), Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, and finally Texas. An annular eclipse is known as a "ring of fire." This is because the visual Moon doesn't fit completely into the visual Sun and often a "ring" is visually seen. Below is an example of an annular eclipse, followed by definitions:
Below is the horoscope of Washington D.C. during the eclipse. Note the massive lineup in the 9th House, which rules legal matters. Also note that the eclipse will take place near Mercury in the 9th House; Mercury rules "the media" on a mundane basis.
Added to this astrology picture is the 9th House placement of the Moon, the Sun, and Mercury in the sign of Libra (and Libra rules "one-on-one public debates [or face-offs], open court of law forums, and open trials"). This implies MASSIVE MEDIA COVERAGE of what may be open debates and/or legal proceedings (or legal discussions) in Washington D.C. as October of 2023 closes out. Secret activities (such as espionage work and/or illegal activities) may also be an issue with Saturn Opposition Black Moon Lilith. This sudden massive media presence in D.C. (for next week) may have something to do with Trump's endorsement of Representative Jordan as the new Speaker of The House; this is reportedly causing panic among the Marxists in the Democratic Party and the RINO ("Republican-In-Name-Only") members of Congress as well. We should be seeing this manifestation of panic (along with massive media coverage) as we approach the annular eclipse next week.
