- OUR FIRST SNOWSTORM  THIS SEASON -

Where I live we are surrounded by nature and there are woods everywhere...So many trees and when it snows and the temperatures are below freezing everything comes to a stand still...Many branches brake and I assume that is why we lost the  electricity, they fall on the electrical wires...Sometimes it is the squirrels getting fried when they touched the cables...

Yesterday on the 1st of December we had frozen rain, like very tiny hail...and today on the 2nd. of December we had our first snow and we lost the electricity around noon...It just came back about an hour ago...It feels good to be able to see and also to have the heat come back...I woke up late and because of that I wasn't able to make fresh coffee so I drank the left overs from yesterday that I left in the coffee maker...I took the day off and decided to do my Christmas decorations...they came out really nice...

Now I am able to have internet and here I am...sharing with you all...and very happy to be able to do so...

Sometimes we are reminded not to take things for granted...Today for me it was a reminder of how things can change in a minute...
