I have been experiencing overwhelming sensitivity, My Spiritual Being is full of Love, Light and Compassion yet my human is super overwhelmed impatient and short. I am trying to be what I am supposed to be yet feel a bit isolated as I do not relate to everyone. I can see thru many things and am disappointed in myself when I see negativity in others, I still send them rays of love yet maintain my distance and therefore feel like I am failing my true calling. Is anyone else experiencing this? I have tried soo many different exercises but I feel old fashioned communication with other like beings might help!! Please answer with positive suggestions or heart felt experiences. thank you.

That extra sensitivity is the regeneration process... its like getting a new nervous system and feeling for the first time... as your vibrations increase, so does your regeneration process, thus the more sensitive you will feel more often.. ride the wave, when its overwhelming remember its you...your upgrading yourself! you have that control, get yourself thinking, and doing something that is more conducive toward your inner you.... give yourself a big hug and tell yourself "I love you" while you take a deep breath, hold the thought of that love as long as you feel you need.... breath out slowly and repeat...
those who have communication problems, and fitting in issues, stop it now, just flow, open your "good-ness and love-ness", get off that "ego-ness"... the more energy you put into what "doesn't work" the more of what "doesn't work" will indeed happen..

Why are you making it so hard for yourself? you don't believe its

Try challenging yourself, be your own best friend and look at your life from an outside view, look into the mirror, you have some "issue", so pay attention, do you look at yourself as a person? what are your "issue" triggers, what would you tell your best friend, your lover a child or someone you cared about?... if you continue to torture yourself, you not only do this to yourself, but you bring this experience into being, for every last one of us as well... your vibrations are felt no matter what...

living in HELL w/bedridden son now addicted to rx meds..curses blames me 4 his illness..didn’t ask to be born..am only family he has..feel compassion..try & try to please him..care 4 him.. can’t call police..they will arrest..imprison w/out meds..for elder abuse etc. stuck..doing all the meditations..prayers..affirmations..but minute i feel better..he fears i will abandon him.. it’s all about FEAR..nothing more i can do..nor will i take advice to save myself..know he will die. meditate pray visualize love/harmony all day long..do chores..keep busy cleaning, shopping, cooking, paying bills..but still feel broken..worn out..can hardly stand w/out falling..have due to mini-strokes.. all can do is take sedatives or will freak out..panic. i am 78 yrs old..suffer from serious illness..need four surgeries myself.. have reached out to social services..churches..lightworkers (or so they say)… all feel helpless..& push me further away..it frustrates others.. i want to die..suffering is too painful..unbearable. sorry..you all can’t help..i’ve reached out here before..followed what good guidance given..summon angels..surround w/violet flame..have candle lit for archangel Michael to protect..white light..yoga breathing.. it is getting worse..I AM IN HELL!!!!!! HELP..HELP..PLEASE SOMEBODY..SOMETHING.. my honest advice is to not be too hard on yourself. it sounds here like you make a tremendous effort to be compassionate toward others. by comparison, i am in the gutter: my heart is often filled with utter contempt for other people, and i often respond to people with biting sarcasm. but i really don't think it's such a big deal. i have never punched anyone or stolen anything valuable. and i think that a lot of the material on this website pushes unrealistic expectations on good-hearted people who probably in the end do not benefit from the nagging guilt... you keep distance from people? so? why does society insist that we be social all the time? people who are at all distant, secretive, or shy, are mistrusted or ostracized. and this has been the case for god knows how long...Nietzche observed the same thing a century ago... in other words, the problem is not you. it is definitely not you.
YES I felt overwhelmed today! When I was alone, I felt powerful love.. But then I was with the family who is purely chaotic in energy (they are still swimming with old 3D energy), i suddenly got hit so hard by pure anxiety energy... I had to go to bathroom trying to calm myself as I felt INTENSE pain and depression feeling. It was so intense and painful as I could feel their feeling due to unity consciousness. I had to keep staying centered in heart and stay grounded as possible all day until now. I am not able to handle being around lower vibration people now unlike before due to my vibration being higher and higher each days now. Right now I finally can feel peaceful and relaxed and I don't know what is going on... I do know one thing, days kept changing with powerful waves of energies going through us everyday. The energy was so intense today and I felt same what you felt today. You are not only one, many of us are going through same things what we are experiencing now.

im feeling ok and quite content, but ive been off work for xmas break so dont know whether im just relaxed !! but at this present moment of time im feeling quite good,
people sometimes bug me soooo much but as im feeling relaxed it doesnt get to me the same,
Yea...same here...I'm actually a pretty patient person, so it doesn't bother me much really, but it's weird sometimes, knowing I'm just more evolved than literally everyone I know lol xD I see them wallowing in negativity...and lack of consciousness...and it's weird, I know I can't really do anything for them except let them be..and just be an example and say my thoughts...which I usually don't do, because they just wouldn't understand it anyways.
I realize, you just have to let people have their path...people are at the level they need to be...you can't really try to steer them in the right direction, and it's not your job to do that. Your job is to work on yourself...and be an example to them....teach by example, more than words. Words do help, it's good to share your wisdom sometimes, but people will only take it seriously if they're ready to. If not...well...you mays well just let them be, and do your thing...and try not to let them effect you.
