Hello Chief, One thing i have found that works for me is to ground myself as soon as i wake up with this mantra:-I AM GROUNDED IN MY BODY AND UPON THE EARTH HERE AND NOW

I AM GROUNDED IN MY BODY AND UPON THE EARTH HERE AND NOW
I feel grounded then i ask my I AM to guide me through my day. I do this even when i don't think that i have a connection to source. I have had to do this from a child and it still works. Ask your guides, guardians, friends and family in spirit and beings of love and light for assistance. As others have said the dis-connection is nothing to worry about to some degree we are all going through a purge of lower density energies in order for our vessels to be filled up with the higher vibrating frequencies needed for our individual and planetary ascension. Just listen to what your body elemental is telling you, do you need to sleep, walk in nature? This is your time to calibrate with source go in love and Not Fear. If fear starts to surface pour love into it, thank the fear for its lesson and release it with love.

Try to observe youself from outside.. Can it be in conection with food.. I notice that i react different on what i eating. How much i eat, and how often. I concluded with that eating Ecological food, much Vegetable and some fruits give me more Light than Bred and Dinner does... Television: often sink the vibration, espesially if its often ON..Nature; Benifits from walking in Nature is enourmously, and its important to say Hey to the Sun. Sun give us D-Vitamin which is important to have. Training: Is good and give good mood to the soul.. It can be that you has Leakage. Then the answhere can be meditation..
Hey Chief, ask your SELF to unblock your energy centres and to remove lines of energies to others.
Earth yourself, and be one with Earth, think with the heart and be Love & Joy. :)
I know, it is easy said, but it is also an easy way to jump to your better dimensions.
