Please Consider Sharing
Have to share this with you, without naming the source, who is known to some of you. An extract from an email I received. BTW, this person usually informs me of every act of kindness done to her and I appreciate the acts of those of you who have responded. Nuff said. Trying to be diplomatic.
“I am up at 3:30 a.m. not able to go back to sleep from worrying about being a burden! Hopefully [X's] little part-time job will turn into a full time job soon – his boss is talking about opening up a shop and hiring 2 full-time technicians as he is taking on 3 new repair contracts and will need [X] full time. That will solve everyone’s problems! I won’t have to rely on others to survive. Sure has been nice [because of recent assistance] to not have to go to food banks to pick up food supplies that were mostly inedible produce and way over-expired canned food! Some cans were 4 years or more past expiration!”
Some people are going hungry out there, folks. If you have extra, please consider sharing. The circumstances in which to share will be brought to your attention. The task before us is to recognize them and the invitation is to respond.
As a postscript, I just came across this comment from SaLuSa, on July 19, 2010:
“The changes on Earth are becoming more widespread, and leaving many people in dire need of help. That position will worsen for all manner of reasons, and it begs of you that until it changes for the better that you try to help ease other people’s distress.
“The challenge of these times is putting a lot of pressure on you, but you can help prevent it becoming chaotic by getting together and organizing some kind of relief. It will provide an answer until the coming of real help, and the changes in your governments that will start a new era of beneficial changes on a large worldwide scale.”
