Some thoughts coming out of me this eve.
Angels that we are, though most of us have forgotten.
That we came with them attached to our backs.
Some will remember, most will never look.
Those golden wings, that fly us to our ancestors home.
That help guide our way through the day, which keep us
warm at night. That soar us out of trouble and dark places.
Some have found there set of wings. In there trials in this life.
Some worn from struggles they had to endure. Other are just broke
from the hardships of life. All the heartache doesn,t let there wings mend.
But still they come to are rescue each time. But you can always tell who they are
in the crowd. They are the helpers, who bring peace into chaos.
The person whom you turn too when all things broke lose.
The ones with out an ego. That just carry on with the mission.
Too bring light to this world. May you remember your wings each and every day.
It would be better to carry someone, then to be carried. When you spred your wings
let your light shine, And all the glory that you are.
