Fleeting Thoughts
Be still my fleeting thoughts,
Feel the harmony spirit brought.
The answer isn’t what I think,
It’s how I feel on the brink.
Enlightenment isn’t to demise,
Awakening is to our surprise.
Realization doesn’t come easy,
Too much to do, we’re so busy.
Take the time, start working now,
It all becomes so clear somehow.
To really know oneself as whole,
Is everlasting, a part of the goal.
Such a mystery all our life,
Brings much more than our strife.
The answer isn’t out there,
A feeling of oneness as we share.
We are multi-dimensional entities,
Complicated in our identities.
Seeking relief from all we find,
That isn’t us, thoughts in our minds.
Spinning our wheels as we go around,
There we go again, up and down.
Got to get off this run away stage,
To fool myself in print on this page.
Coming home again to the sound,
My body singing homeward bound.
The joy of living each moment,
In the here and now, as was meant.
We are the ones to whom we deem,
The joy of life in our dreams.
Love of life in all that we feel,
Forgetting the hurt from those who steal.
They take our love away,
In all that they do and say.
But what does it really matter,
Words don’t hurt us, it’s the latter.
The anger, sorrows, guilt and pain,
Was always there waiting to gain.
The support it needed, free from fear,
Love is there always near.

Thank you all very much. Sometimes it seems words get in the way, like when I write blogs. It seems to create opinions in people, some agree some dis-agree. Some times the feed back circle go's up and other times the flame dies out. But in poems that are prayers and promises as well, the ego is put on the back shelf and all are free to interpret them as they wish and like a beautiful picture the colors and images sink down from the mind into the soul. And when the soul is feed all that it longs for, then are we a little bit more happy and content. So its food for the soul. Adonai
