When making a cake, how many ingredients do you use? One? Two? No, there are several ingredients needed. By adding each additional item, the contents of your bowl becomes something different than what it was before. This same concept is true in regards to how you attain wisdom and ultimately create a new you.
There are many tomes out there telling us how to become better people, how to connect with Spirit, how to grow in our spirituality and the list goes on. We are taught by those around us how to act and react, what and how we should be thinking about any given situation or circumstance and what your life path should be based on their opinion. This list is also rather large. The truth of the matter is as we read and experience life from the viewpoint of our teachers, we glean information. We decide the correct way to act and think about things. Many times, this information turns out to be a course of action that, over time and growth, does not continue to resonate well with us. For the most part, this gleaning is done unconsciously until the second the light bulb goes off in our head. Experiencing that light bulb moment occurs when what we have gleaned clicks into place. In that moment, those bits of information coalesce to form a new paradigm, a new concept and even new vibrational frequencies.
Since humans and everything else on the planet vibrate, this new frequency blends with the older ones, and they create a new part of us. As these new vibrational frequencies mix, blend and change, they make up the recipe for a new understanding and new ways for us to implement the wisdom we attain.
One can refer to this concept by identifying it as sets and sub-sets. We start out as a body that is reacting mostly from instinct and self-preservation. These are our most basic vibrational frequencies – the ones of survival. As we grow and learn different concepts, we become a body/mind creature that mixes what we learn from our different experiences to create new paradigms and notions, thus raising our vibrations to a different level – one that includes others and their feelings.
These new vibrations and ideas are used to manipulate the world around us to what we feel is our best outcome at the time. As we mature, we either keep our new sub-set or we discard it in favor of one that works better. We mix and blend our ideas, notions and concepts to change and reformulate the way we see life. This is all well and good until we realize that things have become difficult, and then we get the idea that they could be better somehow. If we choose to remain stuck here, we stop raising our vibrations, and then life is not what we feel it should be. This is where we begin to question what we thought was our Truth. We realize that most, if not all, of our early indoctrination has become out dated, does not resonate with us now or was just wrong to start with. This has not been done to harm us; it is just the way life works. On the plus side, it gives us a place to start our journey of self-discovery.
Questions lead us to seek out the spiritual aspect of things and that is where our sub-sets begin to create enlightenment and brand new paradigms. This is where our vibrations begin to jump to higher levels. As we continue to form and reformulate our basic ideas of spirituality, life and how it all works together for us, we begin to share these more esoteric ideas and concepts with others. The sharing of these innermost beliefs leads to create more sub-sets that become the higher vibrating building blocks for our new vibrational frequencies of thought and action.
This is what causes us to quest for our connection to our higher selves and creation as we long to rejoin our initial place of being – the Unity Consciousness, the place we came from. When seen from the higher vibrations, life begins to change for the better. As we learn to use our intuition and guidance from our Higher Self and receive the higher guidance, our recipe for new higher vibrational frequencies becomes more balanced and in alignment with our true self allowing us to begin to embrace who we truly are.
Once we have these new ideas, we can share them with others to spread the higher vibrational frequencies in order to create more informed and up lifting vibrations that raise all of humanity.
