I live in Auckland New Zealand, I have been doing many meditations and activating my DNA upgrades etc. I recently have had 'helicopters' following me around and had a brand new Audi with the number plate reading, the power of NOW use it, laid out in front of me with a door open and a man cleaning it. I said to the man 'nice car' and he did not say anything in return, i walked right past a bit confused by the situation. I also had a fleet of 6 jet planes fly over my house so i saluted them and they circled back around doing a circle around my house while I stood there in plan sight looking up at them.

I wouldn't worry if I were you. If all you've done is to meditate I am quite sure your govt wouldn't spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to have jets and helicopters follow you around when a simple wire-tap would do just fine. ;)
Your govt have better things to do than to use poorly disguised and incredibly expensive surveillance methods on You. Unless you plan to overthrow your govt, join Daesh or start a TOR-childporn ring, you have nothing to worry about.
