Schumann Resonance or Gaia Resonance

I have been feeling the past days a bit down, with some sort of body flew symptoms but not sick.
I have experienced headaches and muscle pain. I do not feel like the usual me, happy and full
of energy me.

But what could be affecting me? And I found out about Schumann Resonance, and how it's
increasing it's frequency. It effect everything and everyone. How much more we need to be with
nature in meditation. This video help me to understand a little more about Schumann Resonance.
