I am Fongeetale of the Council for the Assistance to Earth.

Let go of expectations. Let go of ideas. Let go of concepts and misconceptions. Let go of misinterpretations. See all quietly. See silently. Gaze upon everything as a pure reflection of your inner self. Judge nothing.

Sit back quietly, my friends. Observe. Look as a spectator to truly know the meaning of the world around you.

Do not judge, but simply be still and in your stillness observe. For the person you are judging is judged by you out of your misinterpretation and you must sit and be still.

You must silently be a quiet observer. The person you are judging has had their own life. They value things based upon their own experiences.

They are a person just like you, only they have lived an alternate life from what you have lived. They are another version of you.

Whatever you are judging, see it as an aspect of you and observe it openly, willingly, silently. Let go of judgments by choosing to understand that person, that situation, that thing.

Go within and be silent. Remember who you are, that you are understanding, that you are infinite wisdom and look upon those around you from that compassionate understanding that is required to see the truth.

To look upon the truth of a situation you must step back and observe, otherwise you are simply projecting your own interpretation on it and your interpretation comes from your past experiences of that thing.

Remember your past when you are stepping into judgment. Go back through your own life remembering what similar occurrence you have experienced that is causing you to judge that moment, that circumstance, that thing, and even that person in your life.

Who does that person remind you of and why are you judging them? Do they remind you of parent, of a friend, of yourself?

Do they remind you of your weaknesses? Do they remind you of your strengths? And which do they bring out of you? Do they bring out your weaknesses or your strengths?

When you judge something you are allowing something to bring out that emotion, that judgmental emotion out of you, and so in a sense you give over your power to that thing.

You must step back and look through the eyes of love. Love understands and love is tapped into when we are still and when we develop silence.

Look upon the world with love and look upon the world as a compassionate observer.

You are not here to judge what you see, for that makes you less aware. You are here to witness all with eyes wide open and with a heart and a mind wide open. Judging will close you off and put you at a distance from the things and the people around you.

Look with understanding. Look with compassion and see through the Divine’s gaze. How would God see you? Remember that, when you are looking upon someone else.

Remember to see through the eyes of the Divine. Look upon everything and everyone with silent eyes. Observe, see, understand, love, for you are God.

I am Fongeetale of the Council for the Assistance to Earth. Namaste.
