Hello :) It sounds like grounding symptoms, while you are in bliss "up there" you are not really in contact with the earth, your energy and attention drift into an altered state... so the world conspires to move your awareness back to itself.
I feel the same, most days I seek peace and quiet and a contemplative mind frame only to have endless distractions and demands on my attention.
Plus, we are changing our bodies and spiritual awareness as well as closing karma... so there are many factors.
I imagine your quiet strength is somehow annoying to the noisemakers who want to distract you, they are unnerved by your peaceful mien and want to jar you into giving attention to them.
Noise is a distraction, I often use headphones and soothing mantras or such to block out the world when it gets to be too much. You could be extra sensitive as your hearing is changing to a higher frequency...
