This writing only applies to you if you are willing to put in the effort to speed up the process of remembering who you truly are. You are a Christed One or One of the Light.

I will refer to the process as becoming your true Christ Self. A Christed being in embodiment. One who is to be "the Way, the Truth and the Light".

To some this may sound sacrilegious but I assure you that it is not. For who are you but a part of the Divine. Jesus was a Christed One while on earth and He now encourages us all to follow in His footsteps and Be the same.

If you are a beginner on the spiritual path then this is perfect for you. There is much that would try and prevent you from progressing.

However be aware that as you process your emotions there will be times when you feel overwhelmed with them. Do not ignore them by becoming busy or distracting yourself in any way. Face them head on and accept their existence within you. Breath into them and you will be amazed at how they seem to lose their intensity.

As the Spiritual Journey is about healing there will be times that you feel you cannot go on but believe me when I say - you must. Spend time (a lot of time in the beginning) alone as this cuts out undue forces that would interfere with your healing.

We have all forgotten who we truly are. The process of remembering is a difficult task if left to your own devices in time and duality thinking.

However outside of time we are already One with the Christ Mind. The following is a process to speed up your development as a Christ on earth

Protecting yourself from spiritual attack is the most important aspect of this process of remembering. Once you begin all forces within and without will come at you. Your ego will fight like tooth and nail to distract you from your purpose. There are many methods of protection but personally I have found the following successful. Say it at least three times, three times a day and more if you feel the need.

It is necessary that you protect yourself at all times during this period of growth. For each time you think you have progressed some you will feel another onslaught of negative energy.

“You must learn how to defend yourself from negative energy, even the form of negative energy that manifests as evil spirits. I am aware that many Christians, and many spiritually interested people who are part of the so-called New Age movement, are reluctant to consider the topic of evil spirits. This reluctance is based on a defense mechanism that is built into the human psyche. The simple fact is that the human psyche does not want to recognize a danger from which it thinks it cannot defend itself. Yet, if you read the scriptures you will see that I often cast out evil spirits. After you have done the protection exercise say this affirmation nine times at quite a high pitch.

I am a being of violet fire

I am the purity God desires.

Say it each time you have placed your protection around you.

Next you want to establish a close contact with your Christ Self. I found this affirmation dialogue most helpful even though it is directed at establishing a connection with Jesus. It is one and the same so do not worry. It is very effective. Say it daily for 33 days straight, longer if you can.

Establishing a commune with Jesus

Say it along with this sound track as it makes you feel less alone and makes it easier. It takes about 20 minutes or less to complete so always allow yourself the time.

I encourage you to read spiritual books often and call on your Angels and Guides to assist you. Give as much time as you can to this purpose for when you think about it - there really is nothing else more important in the world than this.
