stuff about intuition

Intuition exists within you. It’s real, powerful, and can be
trusted to deliver tremendous results.

Imagine your intellect was a computer. It contains a great
deal of information and can deduce from this information a logical conclusion.

It cannot however come up with anything innovative. It will
fail to be of use when the information it contains is either incorrect or the
situation it’s being asked to engage is outside the limits of its mechanistic programming.

Now imagine your intuitive mind is like the internet. Rather
than being limited to the current set of information, anything you can conceive
of can be accessed.

All you need to do is
allow your curiosity to take flight into the ethers and you can access a reality
that had previously been inaccessible. With the internet of your intuition,
anything you imagine can be downloaded.

Intuition isn’t the sole domain of psychics. We all have
this ability, though some people listen to it more closely than others. If
intuition is magical or miraculous, then we are all magicians and the makers of
miracles.

It is said that as we get older we become less wise.
Fortunately this doesn’t have to be the case.

 As children our
intuition is much more intact. Kids don’t know many things but they can feel
the honest truth of the world around them.

Then as we get older this capacity seems to be diminished as
the hard drive on the intellectual computer is increasingly cluttered with the
body of evidence, or experience that fits inside the box.

Living without being in touch with your intuition is
uncomfortable. You will continually come into contact with situations that defy
your intellectual understanding leaving you feeling naked and vulnerable.

Fortunately, though you may have ignored your inner voice or
pushed it to the peripheries, it is still available to you and can be
reinvigorated.

"Exactly. The brutal reality is that royal protection was never a guarantee for Nostradamus, it could have been dropped at any moment. To think he 'wasn't afraid' just because he had a royal friend is pretty naive. Even with Catherine de' Medici’s…"
