Surfers And Salt Water:  How much salt is enough? That depends!

Take in as much as Himalayan salt your body asks for is sufficient….look at surfer bodies, the more salt, seems to be better.  You see ~0% surfers with hypertension crisis from intense salt intake from several hours in the ocean, a day, as their bodies essentially become salt water.

Natural whole salt is healthy and will add to a beautiful healthy body… table salt will encourage you to be sick and cancerous over time.

The benefit of up-ticking one’s Himalayan salt intake is because it is a whole natural salt mined from underground… detoxification is essentially a process where a person will dilute the toxins within…. salt water is amazing for this.

Let’s be clear here:  table salt is a SUBSIDIZED poison, and too much of it will give you hypertension crisis… only 3 piddly minerals in their unnatural ratio… too much of this salt will mess with your entire body…. and get this… too much table salt will give you salt cravings because it’s only 3 minerals and the body needs 84+!… over time, the body is literally craving the other 81 minerals!  Table salt will dry out your body, himalayan salt with hydrate your body… most people living in polluted cities and/or industrial areas will have drier skin… prairies…desert-like areas….

Himalayan salt brings health miracles… 84+ minerals in their natural ratios.

I do recommend Himalayan salt for ionic foot baths.

Getting the salt right in your diet can take you away from being cancer risk, bloated, low energy, unable to get fit, it can rinse out heavy metals out of the system and is thus anti-radiation… and so on…

 Avoid sea salt!

Even though surfers are still healthier from lots of ocean salt water… the oceans are radioactive toxic and are full of plastic… and are thus not the best option… go for Himalayan salt… mined underground from ancient seabeds.

Add to it that most commercial sea salts are basically glorified table salt… millions remain fooled.
