The following summary was actually a quick spiritual garden session I had with Elder Kal and myself. Instead of putting in the conversation itself, I am posting the message that I "walked" away with. =)
Tending to your Garden
In these times of awakening and reconciliation, it is easy to find ourselves caught up or overwhelmed as new knowledge and understanding of who we are, what we've done, and where we came from are brought to the fore front of our consciousness.
Time is of the essence, many say, as the ascension will take place at a finite date and we all need to be ready for it.
But at what expense?
Can we afford to rush through your spiritual work, to the point that we say we accept something but only truly understand the vague concept of it?
I don't think we can. That isn't how energy works. Energy is true to itself - it's frequency is it's frequency. In order to be compatible with higher energies, we have to actually harbor them within our bodies; within our dna, and the only way to do that is to allow our bodies to accept this change. To refuse would cause an auto-immune reaction that would lead to sickness, and in some cases, the ceasing of functionality of the 3rd dimensional physical body.
We need to tend to the knowledge we are gaining. We need to care for it, nurture it, help it grow, help it understand itself for it's true context. If we submerge these seedlings with excess water or "nutrients", we can damage it's growth. Let the knowledge we are gaining grow so it can be firmly rooted to your being.
I have a habit of over-nurturing a seedling. I am zealous that way. As a result, I act on ideas before they are fully formulated. Before they are fully understood. I often have explosive results, sometimes positive, sometimes...well....not so positive. But at least my life is always interesting =)
Thankfully, with patience, and the help of others, I am able to recognize those things that slow my progress, and transmute them into alternatives that are more conducive to my own growth, and the growth of those whom I love.
This is difficult work. Which means it is worth it =)

Well done. And yes it is not easy. Fighting it makes it wven worse. The harder you fight the more it will hurt.
So if you just relax into that feeling or moment and let it enter your soul, you will be ok, even if it does not seem so in the start.
Took me long enough to realize that much. Since I started relaxing into the issues, it started to change all an its own. To get the snowball started take effort after that you get pulled forward in the energy stream (wiver) and if you relax into that it makes it easier, and the process spead up.
It is when you let go if the reality of your live that it can change around you, bringing with it change that leave you mouth hanging open.
