There are many stories we can tell ourselves that will make us feel sad, gloomy or utterly hopeless about life. YAWN !!!!!!!! this is the discharge of mental exhaustion. be the contagien that infects all around you with the discharge of exhaustion. if you find a way to yawn a lot the depression will ease
