Chellea Wilder is correct and I hope members read her summary here....With respect, one correction though.....As follows:

To be more specific, we can substitute the general notion of "inifinite creator," with the specific truism of this plan being conceived and implemented by the will and mind of the GALACTIC LOGOS; Lord Surea.....It is to that great being we should direct our gratitude and love.....It is via Shamballa, that the will of the Planetary Logos is directed to Earth humanity's evolution.....And that will is shared with all Logoi and passed down from Lord Surea, at cosmic levels...The divine plan...
