   I did call only them in, we did have a talk and they used vocabulary I wasent familiar with so much so when I looked back at my notes, I had to go to the dictionary. And much to my surprise they spoke about

  sym·bi·o·sis  (smb-ss, -b-)

  n. pl. sym·bi·o·ses (-sz)

  1. Biology A close, prolonged association between two or more different organisms of different species that may, or maynot benefit each member.

  2. A relationship of mutual benefit or dependence.

  I find it interesting that they used words I dont know, and that I would need a dictionary of my own language to understand.  LOL

  hey cosmic star brother! Being Arcturian, I must say actually the most powerfull energies I have connected with, are sirian...however, we do possess very elevated states of consciousness, that are different when comparing high frequencies..Sirian power contains more force, while Arcturian contains more elevation..and pleidian power is based mostly on evolution. I experienced this when connecting with sirius, how the moon turned a red color here on earth..  I then found how feirce sirius really is. Sirius can purify any galaxy. It contains so much light, that it is literally an inferno.. Any being that aligns with sirius can achieve incredible degrees of light qoutient.

   Normally when I  meditate I do call them in. and do feel them. I will make an effort to only call them forward to talk with them more. Are they the ones who are so very scientific and mathematical?

  dear Jai,one night in the past 2 years,i felt a presence in my bedroom during the night,it would have been between 2-3pm during the night,when i rolled over in bed,i saw 3 blue-skinned beings looking at me,they looked very similiar to this image,but the difference was there skin tone colour,it was the darker shade of blue that is in this image,they stood about 5ft 5, to 6ft in height,they had no hair on there heads,wore tight fitting one piece jump suit,and they had a black band around there waists,they stood there with a sort of empathy,loving,compassinate look on there faces at me,i was about to speak to them,when they disappeared,blessings eve.

  the Arcturians are fairly easy tp contact. About 3am just think about contacting them, then think commnicating with them, then tink about boutcommuning with them (The 3 c,s as Ashtar told me) then "Outloud"  Say outloud "From the lord god of my bin and the heavenly father burning within me I calll forth an energy line of communication. Then say "Comoe to me Arcturians of Love , come to me Arctuians of light , Come to me Arcturians of joy.

      My Arcturian brothers and sistren let us come togerther. Commune with me beloved Arcturian entities.

   

      And what you will notice if you are in a trance state ( meaning half asleep)  a tingling sensation will run through your body. And that means you made contact.
