I AM really at HOME you see..
the stuggling's all stopped ...the striving has too
the reaching for the carrot... which was always in view
the happiness and sadness no longer swing
IAM sitting dead centre right where it brings
PEACE
no opinions ...no beliefs...no shoulds or should nots
all thats now left me
i wont lose the plot .......
my wide open heart accepts all that is
not trying to change nought
brimgs me the Bliss
THIS MOMENT NOW is THEE only GIFT ,
and in it lies no thing material-is- tic ,
empitiness....clarity stillness and joy
these are the treasures that i do employ
to fill my cup to overflowing
