Quercetin is believed to work against the COVID virus by inhibiting various stages of the virus’s life cycle. In human cells, quercetin can alter the expression of 30 percent of the genes that encode protein targets of SARS-CoV-2, potentially interfering with the activities of 85 percent of these proteins. Through this mechanism, quercetin can help prevent COVID-19 infection.
Another promising approach to preventing COVID-19 is to inhibit the interaction between the COVID-19 spike protein and angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE2), which facilitates infection. Cell culture studies show that quercetin at physiologically relevant concentrations can prevent this interaction, making it a potent antiviral agent against COVID-19.
Quercetin and its derivatives have also been shown to target 3-chymotrypsin-like protease (3CLpro), an important enzyme for viral replication. By binding to this protein, quercetin can stop the COVID-19 virus from replicating and infecting healthy cells.

Anyway I take my health very serious after nearly dying 6 times in the last 21 yrs. I am a basic veg-e, except for 1 small piece of chicken per week and fish 1 or 2 times a month. I take Ivermection regularly and I used to take HCQ until they stopped selling it here.The main ingredient in HCQ is quercetin. I buy fresh veges, fruit and herbs at the local market. But with all my brake downs I was not able to get them in the last wks,so I used my emergency food and herbs.I use a lot of Turmeric with fresh ground black pepper for myself and my dogs as a natural anti-biotic and I have my own lemon tree, so I use a lot of lemons. I am a senior citizen so I need them to stay healthy but this flu like condition is the worse that I have seen recently. I also take 1000mg of vit C and 125 mg of vit D.plus flax-seed oil.
And I had to up the amounts of my homemade meds x 3.
I did not get very sick during the Covid -Planademic mainly because of Ivermection and herbs.
I make herbal teas and herbal med.s also using lots of Turmeric,Ginger and apple cider vinegar with the mother, mint and green tea and honey but this new virus that they the DC are spraying on us now is worse than the Covid scam that I wrote about in my last book 10 yrs before they released it on us. So be very careful out there even though we are in the final battle with the DC and they are loosing, they will fight til the bitter end and they fight dirty.
