In the sacredness of your heart lies the Creator force, which constantly is expressing itself into your reality. Within you is what you call "The Spark of God/Source." When you feel love, joy, peace, harmony, elation, creativity and so forth, you are more aware of it. When you feel less than these feelings you are less aware of it. The more you are tuning into the Source energies within your heart, the more you are able to experience a magnificent expansion of the higher dimensional reality. It is the driving force for all life. It will allow you to defy all old concepts and programming about your entire existence and instead, reach the higher dimensions of pure Love. This is humanity's journey: to allow for Source to fully express pure love through each of you. Here is a meditation that might assist you with this process: Breathe deeply... Bring your awareness to your heart center... Imagine in the center of your heart a golden warm light... This light is the Spark of God/Source... Rest your awareness within this golden warm light... Breathe... Feel the love within this golden warm light... Slowly, allow for this golden light of Source to expand into your body... Feel the loving energies of Source to fill your entire body... Slowly, allow for this golden light of Source to expand into your aura... Feel the loving energies of Source to fill your entire aura... Slowly, allow for this golden light of Source to expand into the room you're in... Feel the loving energies of Source to fill your entire room... Slowly, allow for this golden light of Source to expand into your world... Feel, see and perceive for the loving energies of Source to fill your entire world... transforming it into a love based reality... When you feel complete, return your awareness back to this moment. Welcome back. :-) We recommend to do this meditation on a daily basis and watch your life transform. |
