~The Rational Fear and the Irrational Fear~
The government is always fond of saying: "We do not wish to cause a panic" So they do not tell you the truth about something, alien life or asteroids, it doesn't really matter and is beside the point, that being where you usually find the phrase, is inside a movie. In actual reality the government does want you to panic and be afraid, which is why they created the word terrorism which is something people do as a result of the actions of government. The rational fear and the irrational fear, then becomes the rationality of following the directives that create the chaos: chaos which is a rational fear; this however relies on the purpose of the irrational fear: the fear that you will not be able to provide for yourself. The method was perfected centuries ago, in my opinion, to use an irrational fear to motivate people through a separate fear that is rationalized to them. The government presents the solutions to a problem they created, whilst blowing another problem out of proportion, thus people are slaves, controlled by their own basic fear responses. Mass media is an ink-blot test in which every person is supposed to see the same fear. the only rationality that rises above fear anywhere, is found by those who separate fear and truth and are no longer frightened of the truth, even if it kills them. The rationalization of truth is to live in the absence of the fear of lies. Otherwise you simply BELIEVE something and are still afraid of what the TRUTH may mean, once it is no longer relevant to your individual perspective.

As a child I remember deciding fear of nuclear attack is an irrational threat to make a person who cannot run from it. As an adult I realized the world is fighting a war through bombing occupations, on people who already grew up knowing they cannot run from a bomb blast. So if all of that is the rationalization of using nuclear weaponry, and by extension ordinance in general, people you fight a war against by bombing are going to have no reason to fear anything that exists when they wake up everyday. All it takes at that point is for the commercialized, panicky herd of the western world to become so terrified of the bombs that people who deal everyday growing up, with knowing they might fall on them; that they will fund, support and mobilize, bombing campaigns on people who see being afraid of something you can't outrun, like a bomb blast, as idiotic as electing people who profit from the war industry and create the bombs.
