Think You're Having "Ascension Symptoms"? Better Think Again!
Consider this a public service announcement.
This is seriously important. Many of us, as we are "rising in vibrations" are having "food issues." I can hardly find anything anymore that seems "edible."
In the U.S. we are being poisoned between preservatives, gm foods, pesticides in and on our foods, etc...and NOTHING tastes good. Honestly, I believe they are literally feeding us paper or cardboard with some products, that's really what it seems like.
On top of that, those of us in poverty do not have money to buy QUALITY and TRUE Natural foods or cook quality meals "from scratch" and EVERYTHING in the grocery store is contaminated in some way.
And did you know this? People who do not POISON their produce CAN NOT SELL THEIR PRODUCE! That's right. If they don't put chemicals on their fruits/vegetables it is illegal to sell it. I learned that from the Gentle Lord of the Land and Trees on one of my Kings Valley Treasure Hunts.
He has an abundant supply of fruit and walnuts which he grows using natural techniques and he is in extreme poverty so I had asked him why he didn't sell them and his answer was, "Because I don't poison them." An 86-year-old man in poverty should not have to fear prison just for sharing his bounty and providing himself a little needed cash.
Anyway, absolutely nothing sounded good last night and I was hungry, so I grabbed a bag of microwave popcorn (which I rarely eat, but my daughter likes it). BIG MISTAKE!
I almost immediately got dizzy, experienced the absolute worse vertigo ever in my life -- I literally felt I was going to pass out even while lying down on my bed!
Ringing in my ears, upset stomach, very close to vomiting--- and since it happened right after eating the popcorn I knew that had to be the problem, so I did some research and tracked down the cause of the symptoms. The popcorn had TBHQ listed as a preservative.
As this article shows, it's in a lot of foods. It must have been in high concentrations in the popcorn I had -- NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! I also had a glass of orange juice (which does not typically bother me) so I wonder if the combination somehow caused the symptoms to be worse. . ..
Here’s an article about TBHQ:
NaturalNews) TBHQ is used in many foods, ranging from crackers to crisps to fast foods. It is also found in certain brands of pet foods, as well as in cosmetic and baby skincare products, varnish, lacquers and resins. It is used in the stabilisation process of explosive compounds. The risks and side-effects of this preservative product far outweigh the benefit of it being used as a highly unsafe preservative ingredient.
Tertiary Butylhydroquinone, or TBHQ as it is more commonly referred to as, is in fact a chemical preservative which is a form of butane. It is used in foodstuffs to delay the onset of rancidness and greatly extends the storage life of foods. It's no wonder that certain fast foods and convenience foods seem to last a lifetime on the shelf these days.
The FDA allows amounts of up to 0.02% of the total oils in food to be TBHQ. This may not sound like a lot, but it does tend to make one wonder why there needs to be a limit on the amount if it is apparently a 'harmless additive.' Mind you, anything which derives its origins from butane could hardly be classified as safe, no matter how small the dose.
Consuming high doses (between 1 and 4 grams) of TBHQ can cause nausea, delirium, collapse, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), and vomiting. There are also suggestions that it may lead to hyperactivity in children as well as asthma, rhinitis and dermatitis.
It may also further aggravate ADHD symptoms and cause restlessness. Long term, high doses of TBHQ in laboratory animals have shown a tendency for them to develop cancerous precursors in their stomachs, as well as cause DNA damage to them. It is also suggested that it may be responsible for affecting estrogen levels in women.
This seems to be quite an extensive list of side-effects for such a seemingly innocent preservative, although warning bells should immediately ring if the FDA has to impose apparent 'safe' limits on an additive. Being they're butane based, it may also be wise to take a few steps back from that barbecue flame while consuming your crisps. Definitely, this is an additive that should be avoided at all costs.

And my twin flame had given me this song yesterday (I wonder if he’s trying to tell me something, lol). It’s a beautiful song, though. Thank you!
Save The Last Dance For Me - Michael Bublé
Uploaded on Feb 17, 2010
Lyrics:
Well you can dance
Every dance with the guy
Who gives you the eye
Let him hold you tight
And you can smile
Every smile for the man
Who held your hand
'Neath the pale moonlight
But don't forget who's taking you home
And in whose arms you're gonna be
So darling, save the last dance for me
Oh I know
That the music's fine
Like sparkling wine
Go and have your fun
Laugh and sing
But while we're apart
Don't give your heart
To anyone
And don't forget who's taking you home
And in whose arms you're gonna be
So darling, save the last dance for me
Baby, don't you know I love you so
Can't you feel it when we touch
I will never, never let you go
I love you, oh so much
You can dance
Go and carry on
Till the night is gone
And it's time to go
If he asks
If you're all alone
Can he walk you home
You must tell him no
Cause don't forget who's taking you home
And in whose arms you're gonna be
Save the last dance for me
Oh I know
That the music's fine
Like sparkling wine
Go and have your fun
Laugh and sing
But while we're apart
Don't give your heart
To anyone
And don't forget who's taking you home
And in whose arms you're gonna be
So darling, save the last dance for me
So don't forget who's taking you home
Or in who's arms you're gonna be
So darling save the last dance for me
Oh baby, won't you save the last dance for me
Ooh, you make a promise
That you'll save the last dance for me
Save the last dance
The very last dance
For me

"On top of that, those of us in poverty do not have money to buy QUALITY and TRUE Natural foods or cook quality meals "from scratch" and EVERYTHING in the grocery store is contaminated in some way."
False. And that's a paranoid statement. And if someone is so paranoid about EVERYTHING in the grocery store being contaminated in some way (Howie Mandel anyone?)... start your own garden and grow your own food.
If everything tastes like cardboard it's probably because you are eating cardboard (meaning pre packaged foods).
You'd be surprised how "gourmet" you can make your "cheap meals" if you actually put some effort into it. And it doesn't even require THAT much effort if you have access to google. There are SOOOO MANY blogs and sites devoted to eating/cooking/planning meals on a budget that there's no excuse for "eating healthy to be too expensive" anymore. There are CSA-shares that seem to be more economical for some people that really up the quality and diversity factor of people's fruits and vegetable intake. There are also similar programs for meat but I'm not as familiar with them. But I've heard the quality of meat is superb.
And what's this I hear about no chemicals making it illegal to sell food? Isn't that what organic means? No chemicals?
From wiki: Organic foods are foods that are produced using methods of organic farming – that do not involve modern synthetic inputs such as synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Organic foods are also not processed using irradiation, industrial solvents, or chemical food additives.[1]
What chemicals is the government requiring this old man put into his fruit and walnuts? Please, please, please find out because he might be sorely mistaken and could be making money this whole time off it.
About your popcorn and your dizzy spell... also consider the fumes that come out of the microwave popcorn. They can be hazardous to your health. I once watched this episode on tv (of House I think it was) of a guy getting really sick because of microwave popcorn fumes because it was the main staple in his diet for awhile. Yes it's a tv show and sure who knows how factual the episode was... but it's something to consider. Try loose kernel popcorn. The kind where you gotta butter up a pot (or use oil? I forget. I never do it. But I always get to enjoy the end result of it) and carefully stand over the stove and pour whatever amount of kernels you want and shake it and keep pouring out the popped kernels into a serving dish until it's finished and then melt and pour butter on it (using the already hot pot) if that's your thing. It's a hassle but well worth it.
Oh, I noticed you do not live in America. Well, I can't speak for any other country because I have no experience grocery shopping in any other country. So my opinions and views are completely biased to Americans from an American. I have no idea the quality of meat and fruits and veggies in stores of other countries so I can't really say I'm informed enough to know how crappy or cardboard tasting they are.
Good Luck to you in your yummy and healthy food endeavors!
I Love that my Twin gives me songs too! Lately, I AM repeatedly getting "I'm So Excited" by the Pointer Sisters. Lots of Love and Light,
Very interesting discussion between you two.
This TBHQ is really scarey. I am really turned off of food and don't know what is fit to eat any more. When a person can't trust that the food and water he/she drinks is not poisoned then we know that we are living in the death thoes of a society that needs to smarten up or will go the way of its victims .... a slow, unmerciful death.
BTW ... I love Bublé and I love that song.
I also have that same dilemma , nothing even sound s good to eat anymore . But, needing substance , usually it is fruit , nuts , Greek yogurt (when able to afford) , honey and lastly raisin bran cereal s . Other than that I am not interested even though I do force myself to eat as healthy as possible considering option s available . Glad to hear I am not alone with this . Thank you for sharing this with us . Stay strong .
