Jill: Where do we begin?
Archangel Raphael: We begin at the beginning. Firstly we must look at purifying the body. Sadly, many humans wait until the body is out of balance, before they shift their awareness to the need to address the imbalance which is creating the dis-ease.
I would heartily recommend that by acquiring a greater awareness of nutrition and physical exercise, illness can be virtually eradicated.
Let us look at water. So many times we have talked about the virtues of water, not only internally, but also externally. Without water, you cannot live. When you are sleeping, the body has time to work on repairing itself, and this also means eliminating toxins.
To help with the elimination of toxins, the body will secrete fluids to help neutralise, distil and breakdown anything it needs, so it can be eliminated. Upon waking, the first thing you can do to help your body, is to drink a warm, not hot, cup of water, with either one teaspoon of fresh lemon juice or a slice of lemon, un-waxed. When you wake up, the body is in dire need of rehydrating.
The lemon juice will neutralise any excess body fluids or acids within the body, and it helps flush out the kidneys and urethra. Once you have done this, the body is able to cope more readily with what you choose to put into your body for the rest of the day.
Now bearing in mind that the body has a need to remove toxins, by drinking regular amounts of water, not only do you rehydrate the body, but you increase the need to eliminate waste; therefore by eliminating your waste quickly and frequently, you help the body to stay free from toxicity. If you do not frequent the bathroom regularly, you are storing up toxins which will attack and infect the human body.
Jill: How frequently should we need to use the bathroom?
Archangel Raphael: If you are drinking regular amounts of water, then to eliminate strain on the bladder, every hour. For defecating, this will greatly depend upon what you have eaten. Ideally two to three times a day should ensure a healthy colon and intestinal area.
Once you have cleansed the body, one cup of green tea, un-sugared will help to boost the blood’s ability to eradicate disease and inflammation.
Remember that whatever goes in the body, on the body, or is breathed into the body, will affect the energy balance. All these factors are important to remember. It would be so beneficial if you would also consider the ground, and the way in which your food produce is grown. Do you ever question the quality of the soil when buying your food? The amount of pesticides used? Where the food has come from?
The reason you have so many immune diseases, is down to the amount of chemicals used, and the imbalance in food types. It is important to recognise that chemicals block your immune system. Over-consumption of food has exceeded the speed at which mother nature can provide you all with food. If you were to correct your diets, you wouldn’t need as much food, and you could return to a healthier and wholesome life.
So let us, just for a moment, focus upon detoxifying the body, so that you have a fighting chance of eliminating disease. We had spoken of the need for water first, followed by green tea. Green tea is a wonderful detoxifier. It helps to support the liver, and having three cups of green tea a day will help you to remove toxins from your body more rapidly. Now if you are having regular amounts of water, along with three cups of green tea a day, you can see how the body will develop the need to eliminate more frequently too.
When you are detoxing the body, it is best to eliminate all products which tax the digestion system. Fruits, vegetables, seeds, beans, pulses, sprouts, herbs and spices can all be used. Below I have listed those which will help to detoxify the body

* If your body is not in balance, when you first introduce these vegetables, your digestive system will experience an increase in intestinal gas. As your digestion improves, this will reduce. If you find it hard to eat a lot of vegetables, then create soups, or better would be raw juices.

Whilst this list is not exhaustive, when detoxifying the body, these will help you benefit quickly with little or no side effects.
At this stage, I feel it is important to highlight the greatest hindrance to the body’s ability to heal itself, the mind. When a human falls into feelings of hopelessness, then it greatly hinders the body’s ability to function fully. For too long humans have given little thought as to how the unconscious affects healing, but it is essential that you do your best to eliminate anger, stress, depression, guilt, shame, and negative attitudes.
When your mind holds onto negative thoughts, you double your risk of disease becoming serious or life threatening. Total focus must be given to ensuring the body is relaxed, and the mind is positive. If you are prone to feelings of helplessness and hopelessness, you reduce immediately, the secretions of the pineal gland and Serotonin. When this happens, you slow down, your physical body begins to shut down, your circulation slows, and your ability to focus and think clearly is greatly hindered. Hormone and appetite levels are affected.
A human without hope, is a human that sends out an invitation to death. In order to detoxify the body, as well as looking at what goes into the body, you must give precedence to your thoughts. Laughter is a wonderful way of helping the immune system overcome adversity.
Prayer, meditation, visualisation, positive affirmations, music, singing, dancing; these are all things you can do to lift your spirits. One of the best ways of enhancing your mood is to spend time talking with loved ones who are supportive and understanding. A shift in emphasis towards community, sharing, can be a great help when you are trying to become more positive.
The psychological emphasis needs to change, from inward negative thoughts, to outer positive thoughts. As an example, instead of focusing upon all of your own problems, focus on helping someone else with ‘their’ problems. Consider what you are watching on your televisions, Does it promote positive emotions or negative emotions.
Ideally, you need to give yourselves a minimum 48 hours to begin the detoxification process. Begin with the water, and then the green tea. If you are quite a strong person, then begin with fruit and vegetable juices. Whenever hunger strikes, have a juice. Just remember to balance fruit juice with vegetable juice.
If you feel juices are not for you, then I would recommend a whole oat porridge made with either apple juice or water, to which you could add other fruit. Remember no sugar. J This could then be followed with a piece of fruit for a snack, and then a salad made up with a selection of the vegetables and salad items listed.
Remember to add nuts to your salad, to ensure the body receives its share of protein. You can also, if you wish, make a soup, but remember to stay away from adding stock cubes or anything that may have additives. For two days, natural whole foods only, organic if possible.
During this time, you may feel tired, but a gentle walk, come rain or shine is essential, to help the body eliminate that which is creating dis-ease. Until next time, remember to focus upon balance. J

Alright, very good, I already do a lot of these things but need to do more, as we all do. Sad he didn't say anything about chicken or fish but thats in our regular diet and not when detoxing . Also I like the part about the mind and how much it plays a role in our health. In fact the mind plays the largest role in our health and healing.L&L,Adonai
