I am here, and we are doing this together all of us! Where you go, we go - never separate! Always with you. Perhaps some times you may wish we were just right here. We are. We see it all and we hold you. Through every single bit of it we laugh with you - and I hope by now you know - we cry with you! It is different of course a bit for us. We have the advantage of the fine energies of the higher dimensions. We feel all of it, and our response from our vantage point is such tenderness. Because we have this viewpoint, we see with eyes of eternal tenderness. Watch for our future Newsletters, and come on over to join us in our interactive fun on the radio call.Soon you will be without the heavy self-judgement you carried for so long, and I believe that will be one of the greatest joys to experience as you let go of one of the heaviest rocks in your pack! Now, we have been talking about thoughts in the last couple shows. I encourage you to go back to our previous shows and listen to what a thought is, how easily and exactly we create every single one of our thoughts and our emotions. Go back and listen to that! You will find it is so easy it's almost funny. It is so simple to learn how to change a thought, to learn what thoughts are not yours - the ones you never needed to pick up in the first place. What thoughts you picked up and called yours that do not belong. You can go ahead right now, set them down and keep walking. Let's go back to clarify a bit about how to make it absolutely clear which thoughts don't belong to you. Thoughts that are angry, or upset, or shame-filled originated in the Matrix! Thoughts that are not of love are not yours, for you are a being of love! Now, we also talked about capacity. Capacity is our ability to hold and express Light and Love. So, today I bring you - as I sometimes like to do - tips, todays ten tips, ten ways how to increase your capacity. Now this is the perfect topic to go along with transmuting. When the transmuting is tough, you are really in it, you are feeling it, you are doing whatever it takes to face the feelings and the thoughts, to transform them back forevermore into Light. Sometimes it feels as if you need a rope to grab onto. Here is a good one: whenever the going gets rough, you can focus on increasing your capacity to hold Light and Love, and as you do that, you increase your ability to transmute even more. This is true when you are transmuting feelings that originated with you, because of your Earth experiences, and you expand to transmute that same feeling or experience to free others well. There is no moment when you can do it more effectively than when you are going through something difficult. It's why some Masters say you can learn the fastest on the face of Earth - such a dense and difficult place - because in those difficulties you have so many opportunities to choose Love, right in the thick of the troubles! Yes, so let's get to it. The ten ways to increase capacity. And by the way, there is an infinite number of ways. So this is just to get your creative juices flowing. First, my all-time favorite: Laugh! We tell you and we tell you: laughter is a Fifth Dimensional quality event. Laughter fills all, it melts the wall of the dimensions, even if all you can muster is a laugh with yourself, or a chuckle at the absurdity of the events around you. Whatever it is: give it a laugh! #2: See others as they truly are! Now, I have just said what your nature is: you are Love! So, when we see others as they are, we see them as Love, as God. Yet, we also honor the incarnation, the life and the moment they are in as you observe them. So it is not viewing them only as they are showing up right now. And it is not only seeing them as Love and ignoring how they are showing up. It is the two together, with some humor and a bit of laughter in your heart. You simply look at them and yourself as you are, as they are in this moment, simply as is. This will increase your capacity and heal your heart very quickly. #3: Be flexible and truthful! I threw that "truthful" in there, because it is looking at everything just as it is. Let us take away all the baggage from being truthful. Truthful is simply the willingness to look at things as they are. Only when you do that, can you truly be flexible, because otherwise you are being flexible about some made-up scenario, a made-up version of reality, that only you are experiencing. So you are being flexible based on no foundation and it does not have the results you are hoping for. So, be flexible and truthful, meaning: see things as they are. You start to see things as they are through just the willingness of doing just that, just be willing to see things as they are. That will bring about the change. #4: Choose all your thoughts and feelings! We have gone over this a lot, because it is the winner. Again, I warmly urge you to re-listen to the last two shows. #5: Strengthen your connection with us! Can you feel the billions of arms right now reaching out towards you? It is true. All the ships are listening in on this show, because they love it as a time of focus, a time when they join with the network you are lighting up right now across the world. And right now all of us are reaching our hearts and our arms towards you! Oh, won't you reach back! #6: Break patterns! And I mean by this: start simple. For instance, you always take a shower in a certain way. How is it going to increase your capacity to hold Light and Love, by changing your way to take a shower? Well, let's say you have a pattern...first you do the shampoo and then you rinse, and then you do a soap scrub, and then you put on the conditioner. Let's say that is your pattern in the shower and you rinse for just so long, then you turn the hot water to cold. You always do it just so. It is not that there is anything wrong with that, of course not! But here is a little secret: a pattern is energy that is held in place. So, if you need energy, the quickest way to access some is to break a pattern. I am telling you, this works better than coffee. And I say that knowing how everyone giving this call - Meg and Kathryn, Christine and the Family on the farm feel about good coffee. Even better than coffee, it gives you a boost, like breaking open a hidden energy packet. If you do this with just a few different things in your day, you are not only having more access to energy, the energy you have invested in things, but you also have more fluidity. This will help you to remain flexible, to see things as they are, to do all the other things that are on the list to transmute. So free up your energy, starting simply with breaking a few patterns. Have fun with it! #7: Be kind! Christine always says: "We have one rule in this family: no hurting yourself or each other!" And that is the rule we strive for. That is a good place to start for kindness, because if you stop hurting yourself and each other that truly makes way for kindness. When we are on the surface of Earth, we feel we have to overlay everything with politeness and so-called "white lies" so that we are socially safe, which has nothing to do with kindness or true safety. In fact, it is quite dangerous! So, no hurting yourself or others is a good place to start with real kindness. #8: Fill your body with gratitude! I mean fill your toes, your legs, your self, your ears with gratitude. Keep going until your physical body feels full to brimming over with thankfulness. Take any and everything: "I am grateful for the breeze that is blowing in the trees right now. I am grateful for the six Family members gathered in this living room, in this sun room, and I am grateful for Meg and I am grateful for every listener and every beautiful Galactic high dimensional being focusing on this call. I am grateful that the Cabal listens to this call. I am grateful for sun tea, kindness and animals!" You can just keep going, what is so for you, what is real, what brings you to gratitude. If you do this - even once a day, your physical body becomes a fountain, overflowing, you have so much gratitude. You are Lightworkers, you can already see the profound healing this will cause and the increased capacity, because it will wash away everything else that is untrue. # 9: Daily connect with Earth, our physical Earth and the Soul of Earth - our Terra - and Mother and Father God! Well, that is easy. You just light up your Pillar of Light, your Ascension Pillar, all the day long. Just be sure that you are making actual contact when you do with physical Earth, the Soul of Earth - our Terra - and our Mother and Father God and bring on the Honey Love! # 10: Freely serve others! Freely! Please do not use this suggestion without the word "freely", because it is not service if it is not freely offered. You may call it service, but we are ending slavery - remember? It is one of our mandates now to restore Light on Earth. So freely serve others. Do not do it if it is not from the place of freedom within you, because it will actually cause harm. So, no more kidding ourselves! Freely serve others. That is enough to guide us all into true service. All right, I have a bonus. #11: Because I really like this one. It is my big finish. Yes, I am pausing for the angelic drum roll. Embrace responsibility! Now, did you hear me use the word "take on burden"? No? Responsibility is a divine quality. In fact that is how you discover. Whatever is causing you burden you can actually transmute into the divine quality of responsibility. So, wherever you have burden, go ahead and begin your transmuting! Christine may have said it simply, but putting your heart into God's hands - come on, what a way to transmute! Start there to have your own way, but start. Transform those burdens that we have called responsibility back into responsibility, because responsibility feels good. And taking responsibility - I do not know if I even like that phrase - just the willingness to allow, when you walk with us, when you listen to the inner voice of your Higher Self. When you say: "Sananda, guide me in my day!" And then you take the guidance that shows up - a very key point we in the higher dimensions would like to make to you now. When you take that guidance, then the things that show up to do are a joy. Start simple. Of course we know your lives have been designed to enslave you through burden, which is called responsibility. Go ahead! Let us all begin to transmute this one together. Embrace responsibility. I like that! Even that phrase I have Light-encoded for you all! Saying it to yourself will put you well on your way. Embrace responsibility! And now I am going to hand the talking stick directly to Meg. We all like to be introduced by Meg. It is great fun for us. And she will bring on Serapis Bay who has a few words for you about how Ascension is going right now and where your focus is best laid. All right, hugs and kisses all around. Ok, more hugs and more kisses all around! I am your brother Michael. Meg, take it away! ******************** Serapis Bay: The Father of Earth's Ascension Hi Meg, thank you! Oh, thank you Michael! We are all sitting here chuckling. We like Michael's lists. He brings them also to - well - to council meetings even. We enjoy Michael's lists. I did want to come on, but first, if you will all indulge me in a bit of personal.... this is also a bit of a personal surprise. Kathryn and Christine have been working around the clock so hard. So, I am going to out them. They did not even really yet realize that it was Father's Day, but being as I have been both of their incarnate Fathers, I kind of liked it, because I got to turn the tables and come to be with them today. So I want to - as a Father that was incarnated on Earth - thank my beautiful daughters, (They are both now squirming, blushing a bit) for making me into a great father. Yes, you heard me. I just called myself a great father. Maybe not always when I was on the surface, but thanks to those lifetimes, I am now their Father forevermore! And to all of you too, because as you know, I am the Master of Ascension, but I feel more like the Father of Earth's Ascension. That's how it feels in me. It's a cherished duty, and I feel close to you all. I love you and, you know, I have a special, special place in my heart for children as well. So, it is much more who I am and natural for me to feel like the Father of Ascension. So, happy Father's Day as you write, to me, to us to one and all, to our Father God - Meg, we loved that one! Your Ascension is Going Gangbusters! I am just coming to give you a couple of thoughts on how your Ascension is right now. Well, it is going gangbusters. It is happening! Now, I really ask something of all of you on this call that you are well capable of. I really am asking you to stop one specific thing for the sake of your Ascension right now. Please, do not look around you in your own life, in your family members' life, your friend's life, the community, the global life, the global scale of things and say: "Well, that sure does not look like Ascension. How can that have anything to do with Ascension? That over there looks like we are going to hell!" No! I ask you, please, and sincerely: please, stop this once and for all! Here is why: right now, let's say, Earth's Ascension is at the point where the band aid has just been ripped off. It has just been ripped off all the way. So, first of all, what happens when you rip off a band aid? It is stinging there for a while. So, it is stinging. And then the air rushes in and you feel a little vulnerable, because now your wound is exposed. Ok, this is starting to make sense, right? And, actually, once the band aid is off, most wounds can really heal faster with oxygen and even sunshine, but that is not going to feel good right at first. Yet, it is the healing. So, I have come to give you my word today: the healing is taking place! And I ask you not to focus on anything else but the word I give you as truth! You are ascending, one and all! Please, put all your eggs in that basket. Do not leave even one egg in the basket of: "but, what about....?" Throw that basket away I tell you! It is also a very opportune time in the process of Ascension to really investigate and consider your beliefs. Beliefs are what? Just ideas you were told to believe! They are still holding up the phantom Matrix. So, we are at a point where the crystalline grid is in place. Enough goodness has been restored in the Light. So, it is really time to continue your deep inner diving. And the focus for that, that it is best for Ascension for yourself and the Planet right now, is to consider your beliefs! You can just start with anything practical or small. For example, you know the whole industry of sunscreen is built on "the sun causes cancer". Now, it has been so laid out there, with so much "scientific evidence" and commercials that it is thought to be a fact. Perhaps even a deep truth! Now, what have we been saying? That sunlight is full of non-corporal beings that ride down the energy of Mother and Father's Light, bringing them to the surface to deliver to Earth and your bodies and the elementals and the animals the pure goodness of their Light, and along with it, the upgraded coding for Ascension, for healing. So which part of that sunlight is causing cancer? Now, I know, you can jump to all kinds of other parts of the argument. It is perfect if you did. What about global warming and what about the thinning ozone layer? Great! Line up all the beliefs you have around that and consider them - one by one. You are going to find - and I tell you this - sunlight causes healing! Then, what is actually going on? The cancer that appears on the surface of your body is the magic of sunlight, the healing of Mother and Father. It is reaching deep into your body and pulling it to the surface to be released, healed, dealt with. So, in Ascension - at this time - your deep diving is best spent - and it will go right along with the transmuting - considering the belief systems you have put in place. Ah, before I go - we are laughing, we are having a chuckle - because Kathryn spent time this morning with Sanat and Sananda and Christine spent time with me and Michael, preparing for this show. And we are chuckling, because they are figuring out how many of the points we gave them crisscross in many ways, and they did not know they would. We love little surprises like this. It makes us feel as close to you as it makes you feel to us. One last word, before I go. Really, be respectful of everyone's life plan. When you look over at somebody - and I know that Sananda talked about this some last week - do not judge what they are going through, or how they are going through it. Be assured that every life plan is unfolding with enormous teams in the higher dimensions guiding and helping, and they are experiencing what it is they chose to feel, to experience, to wrap up, to transmute, to heal this lifetime. Trust them as divine beings! Pull back your focus on worry and concern. Give them your care, your support, your cheering, but assume that they are following their life plan and that things are going well. I am Serapis Bay, Father of Ascension on Earth at this time and I come to tell you: all is well! I love you! Meg, won't you please bring in our beloved Sanat Kumara! ******************** Sanat Kumara: The Big Lies That Support the Matrix Greetings Meg and all of you who are listening. Oh, what a beautiful day it is and how exiting it is that we are able to give you this kind of information at this high level. You have all accomplished so much over the past months and years. You have listened to our programs and the trainings that we have given you; many of you have read Kathryn's book which was a joint effort that represents our work together. Your ears are growing. I can see it. You can hear more, you listen hard, and you work hard to apply the things you are learning, and we are just so delighted with that. Now I am going to weave you a tapestry that will give you a picture. It is the work that Kathryn and I have done together. She did not know over all the years when she was studying and learning about the way human beings think and the way humans behave and what is really behind it - she did not know that it would culminate in this time of Ascension and that she would have the keys that would help people to unlock their true nature. I Give You the Keys to Dismantle the Matrix Now, together we are going to give you a picture of just how the Matrix was established on Earth and how it has been locked into your thinking and your actions and your traditions and your belief systems. Now that sounds like a huge project, but in fact there are few keys that I can describe to you, and when you take those keys and unlock your own thinking and your own belief systems, we are all going to watch the Matrix just dissolve and melt away, because you already have the keys that will dismantle this false structure that is the structure you have lived by. Unwittingly, unknowingly each one of you have carried a part of the Matrix and applied it in your own lives. It is what has caused the misery in all the cultures across the Earth - not just here in the US, not just in the western world - but all the cultures, every religion, every tradition has been tainted by these simple ideas. And when I tell them to you, you are going to slap your forehead and go: "Oh my gosh, I believed that! Oh my goodness, it has created a feedback loop in myself, in others, in the culture, in the world!" It filters into politics, into social ideas, into the philosophies of life and especially into every religion you can think of. The Big Lie That Sets the Foundation for Misery on Earth Now, stay with me, here is the big idea that creates a loop. And that loop ties you into a knot. There is no way out. And then, the Anunnaki, who developed most of the programs that you are now experiencing on Earth, use that big feedback loop to create loops within the loop, and traditions within the traditions, and ideas within the ideas that all anchor and strengthen and make it a rigid and seemingly firm structure that would be impossible to dismantle. And many of you have thought: "Oh, the Matrix - we have heart of it, we know it is there - it seems massive, I thought it will take billions of people to dismantle it, and that would be dangerous!" Well, let me give you the first key. The big, big lie that became the cornerstone of Earth's cultures, here it is: "Evil is born in us, humankind. Humans are inherently aggressive, evil, selfish, unwilling to share, territorial and destructive in all kinds of ways." Now, you see the variations on this: it enters into Religions in the form of all kinds of taboos about sexuality and sensuality and the way your energy would naturally express itself lovingly. And instead you are encouraged to think about what is wrong with you, what did you bring into the world that is dark? What is it in you that is evil that you must struggle with all your life? And the best you can hope for is to subdue it. Now, this leads to all kinds of ideas about children: Children are born in sin. Have you ever heard that one? Children must be baptized in order to free them from the curse that they came with. There are all kinds of religious teachings about this: "Jesus came to free us of our sins." Of course not! Jesus came to bring Love! He had nothing to do with sin. But look at how this weaves a net, like a spider web around every thought about life: you are born sinful! Well, then there is no hope for you! All you can hope for is to struggle against it. All you can hope for is to take pride in the fact that you have not acted on your sinfulness. And that is where - Serapis and Michael have talked about responsibility - this is where responsibility is completely linked with dread: "I will never be able to do this completely. I will struggle and strive, but I am never going to succeed." And that is the fertile ground in which shame is planted: you are inherently bad and God knows it! That's why you were given the Bible and all these other books and treatises to talk to you about what is evil in yourself and how you are to control it, what you can do about it. Sometimes even the most gentle teachings will go so far as to say that "God is merciful about this, you will not be punished too badly for it if you acknowledge it and if you work on it and try not to inflict it on others." But of course everyone else has this same dark seed in themselves and so you cannot ever really trust people - any one - because you are all born evil! Look at this! This is no way out. This is a feedback loop that comes around and comes around and every day you have to live with it and address it and work with it and there is no way you will ever overcome it, because the belief is you are inherently evil, or sinful. Then there is a whole area of teaching that call it "sin" and correct you in all the ways that you are sinful and help you to feel dedicated and grateful for God's merciful attitude towards your sinfulness. This puts all of you directly on the spot, where you have been overseen and looked upon with disapproval and judgment about your failings. There is nothing that can come of this but shame. Responsibility is defined as your ability to acknowledge your shame and the inherent badness that created it. Now you can search your entire lifetime to find what your crime is, and that is what you are supposed to do: spend your entire life focused on yourself to discover what your crime is! Lies Within Lies Create the Feedback Loops That Imprison You You see how this has strangled everyone, tied you up in knots. First of all you never look outside yourself to see where these teachings came from, because you have been told they came from God. Well, of course they did not! God did not send His only Begotten Son. We are all Children of God! Every single one of us. Humans, Galactics, animals, all the Kingdoms: We are all God's Children! No one needed to be sent here to save us from ourselves. We do not need to be saved from ourselves. We need to be saved from the Matrix! And this is why we are now working so hard - all of us, you, me, all the Lightworkers and even people who do not know they are Lightworkers - all now are working so hard to look inside. But I give you this "heads up": what you are not looking for, is how sinful you are! What I do not want you searching for is all the ways that you have failed in your life. That was the trap, Beloved Ones! You are not responsible for everything that happens around you, but you are responsible for removing this violent dark thought from your program. And when you do, your program will disappear and the link that you have to the Matrix will be dissolved! You see, the energy that you have poured into this has kept the Matrix alive. It has kept the dark systems in place. So, inadvertently, by trying to be responsible, you have built the Matrix stronger! Everyone who adheres to a religion or a philosophy or a cultural attitude that talks about how humanity lives in sin has created their own foundation for the Matrix! Now, breathe deeply. Let yourself feel Mother and Father's Sunlight! The Sunlight that heals, that frees you, and the Sunlight that filters through all these dark ideas that you were so convinced were true, and washes it all away. And what is left is not the Adam and Eve who defied God. What is left are the beloved humans who came here to serve God. Not the angry, punishing Father, who was supposed to have been the one and only God. God is Mother and Father! And Mother's Love is kindness, is soft, welcoming, full of Light. And Mother knows, she knows you were an innocent child - completely innocent child - as all children are. All those ideas about how you have to punish, or control, or teach a child to be responsible, you have to show them what their duties are. You have to organize them, you have to teach them constantly, you have to oversee them constantly, or they will do something bad - those were all the ideas that are the loops that the Matrix used to tie you up in knots, to never be able to reach through to feel Mother and Father's True Love, their true attitude towards you, which is adoration, gratitude, and humble thanks for your service here on Earth. Now I am just going to give you a few more of the cornerstones that were woven into this idea that "evil is born in you." Think about all the ways that you have been taught what love is. Within this dark patterning love is whatever your parents did. And if they beat you, or if someone in the family molested you sexually - well, you must forgive and forget, because you probably attracted it. You probably caused it. All children are bad - remember - they caused the bad things that happened to them. What an idea! No one is free, no one is clean, no one can ever be pure, no one can ever be Light or Love - not truly. Those are the big lies! It created a sense in every one of fear and dread, false humility - which is really shame - so that everything you try to do is imbued with a sense of dread: "I know I am going to do it wrong, or somebody is going to criticize me, or I am going to be punished for something. I do not even know what it is. And I cannot even find this fault in myself - so I am doubly to blame. I am irresponsible and blind, because I cannot find it and cure it." So, you learn ideas like "authority is to be obeyed", because somebody - hopefully groups of people - will know better than I do, and when they create rules and regulations to control all the evil in humankind we have to appreciate them and we have to obey them, because if we did not, all hell would brake lose. If people were given free range, they would be killing each other and mobs would be raping and pillaging in the streets, because that is how human beings are! Of course these were lies! There is no authority greater than God. And that authority resides within your heart. You are the one who knows what is in your heart! You are the one who sees truth when you see with your heart. Your True Nature is Love Now, when I was here on Earth I taught Visual Centering. I taught Kathryn how to do it and she used it to teach people how to find balance within themselves, how to remain in one's Pillar of Light. I did not call it that at that time, but she has felt it, she saw it and she gave it the name, so we call it Visual Centering now. This is a way to be inside yourself, inside your heart, and when you reach that place deep in your heart, where Mother and Father reside, you find freedom and joy in your true nature which is Love - completely Love, not shame, not sin, not all of those things you were accused of. There is no one alive on Earth who has not been accused of these things one way or another, whether it was in your religion, or the way your parents looked at you, or the way your teachers treated you. All of you were told you are bad and you were to blame! All of it was a huge, manipulative, dark, dastardly lie, foisted on you by the Anunnaki and their evil programming! Now, you hear what I just did. I said evil did not come from within you, it came with the Anunnaki programming! It did not originate with humankind, in human bodies. But of course, you have carried it on by subscribing to these believes. I am just going to give you a little bit more and then I want you to run with this. I am giving you hints about all the ways that this was insinuated into your life and into your thinking. For instance: what about the fact that your childhood was abusive, terrible, painful? There are few among you who would claim that you really had an easy and happy childhood. Lightworkers especially take on difficult, difficult lifetimes in order to be transmuting it right now. You were taught the only way to deal with childhood pain is to forget about it. Forgive and forget, move on - it is in the past! There even is a saying in many languages - you hear people say it - there is an old German saying that goes something like: "It happened so long ago, it is no longer true!" Being a "Wistleblower" is Normal Now, this is how families, cultures tried to deal, cover up, extinguish a child's complaints. A child who cries is labeled a "troublemaker", ADHD, given drugs to quiet them, to keep them from talking to the teacher about who abused them. And we are raised - all of us - with that idea that you must not blow the whistle, to the point where anyone who is called a whistleblower is like a separate kind of person in this culture, something rare and unusual. They tell the truth! What a dramatic and impossible thing to tell the truth. Now you have just heard from Serapis and from Michael: "Tell the Truth! Be truthful about yourselves and others!" Now I am not telling you these things so that you can say: "Oh, I see, I am not responsible for anything I did!" No, it does not work that way. But when you say: "I see how I was brainwashed and how I acted because of it!" - that is taking responsibility. "And I see how my parents were brainwashed and their parents, and it goes back generations and generations." It is not about blame. There is no point in placing blame. But we must see what is responsible - who is responsible for what. There is no human who has not been deeply affected by these teachings, and there is no human who has not lashed out, or become enraged and acted on those feelings, because of the oppression. Because our natural response is to hate what is happening to us when we are oppressed. This is not because we are naturally aggressive, it is because we have been oppressed! And then the programming ties you back into the loop of shame: "You must not talk about it. If you do, you hurt the people who hurt you and then you are just like them!" Do Your Part to Dismantle the Matrix. Be Truthful and Loving! These are the kind of mind tricks that were perpetrated on the entire human race by the Anunnaki programming. Now, do your part - each and every one of you - do your part to cut that cord that ties you to these terrible lies. And when you do you will soar and you will see the people around you soaring. When you see others as they truly are - as Michael said - you will see their Light, you will see that they are made of God's stuff - Love and Light - and you will see how they have been convinced, how they were twisted in their hearts to be something less than they really are - to believe that they are dark when they are not. And then of course if you tell someone often enough that they are bad and they are dark, they will take on - well that is how I see it - it is a kind of pride and rebelliousness. It is a use of your free will and your life force to express something that is desperate inside you, but it has become distorted. It would take the form of something like: "You want to see bad, I will show you bad!" Our prisons are overflowing with people who were innocent children who became convinced that they were bad and who went out into their lives and acted upon that belief. We can heal this, Beloved Ones. It is simply a lie. We can heal it first in ourselves, and as we do you will see it seeping out into your family. You will see them begin to raise their eyes and show delight to look you straight into the eye and express their gratitude and love. You will be freeing yourself and with it you will free those around you - even if you do not tell them what you are doing. Your energy, your relief, your gratitude toward Mother and Father, your joy at being alive - which is your natural state - will be contagious. And that, Beloved Ones will reduce the false Matrix - the illusion - to dust, and out of that dust will grow the new Golden Age. Look around you, it is already starting. The Matrix is crumbling as we speak. And you will add the last element, you will add your will, your Love and your Light to create anew. I am your Sanat. Sanat Kumara they call me. You know, we all talk about it before we come and have an idea about what each of us is going to say to you, but to actually listen to each other, we just look at each other with such admiration and love as we each do our part to bring you closer and closer to this glorious Love and Light of Ascension. You are all standing on the Rainbow Bridge. Some of you just recently put your toe on the bridge. Some of you are marching full speed ahead and more are coming flowing into this beautiful opening that is our Ascension Portal. And know that every time you build your Pillar of Light, every time you turn your focus to the lessons that Michael has given today to debunking and dismantling the Matrix, that Sanat has shown you how to do so beautifully, every time you do that you widen the Ascension Pillar and make room for more and more of the others who are really riding on your coattails. It is an energy phenomenon. Sometimes we called it being in the slip stream. When you create an energy flow that is upward and ascending toward the Light, you create a wake behind you, an energy flow that draws others along with you. It is one of the things that makes it possible for us to accomplish this. Without that energy phenomenon that helps others to come along with you it would be far too difficult to bring everyone through. Together We Are Moving Faster and Faster It would seem like an impossible chore, but as it is, is as if everyone has their ice skates on and they are being pulled along like - you know there used to be that dramatic event in the Ice Capades where the whole troop of women would form a line and they would turn like a pin wheel. And as they turned it would get bigger and bigger, and they would go faster and faster, and as each one would race to join hands and join the pin wheel as it was spinning, they would go faster and faster and faster, and you could feel the energy as everyone watched breathless to see that the last one grabbed hands and they sped around the ice rink, and it was thrilling to watch. That is how we feel watching you, each one of you speeding up, pushing like crazy, running to catch the hand of the one beside you and to keep going faster and faster! It is working, Beloved Ones. We are doing it above, and you are doing it below, and I tell you the programs you have all been wishing and hoping for - the RV, the GCR, NESARA, GESARA, the Landings, the Healing Programs, the Free Energy - all the programs are ready - and believe me your Mentors are lined up just eager to come! We want to make the Announcements, we want the Healing Chambers, we want to see you all flying through this Ascension Gateway into our arms! It is working, Beloved Ones! You know, when you first started learning about these programs, we introduced the RV, and some people had introduced NESARA and what that might bring. And then little by little you have heard about other programs: the healing procedures that will be available, the technologies that are coming. Well, at first it sounded as if we are going to work very hard to change the world to make the RV possible. And then we expanded that so that your vision would expand to include the entire globe and all the people on it. And little by little you learned about all these other things that are happening. Well, you are used to thinking sequentially on Earth. You used to think, well if the RV would come then everything else will be easier and it will follow. But that is not really the way it is happening - it is all happening simultaneously. Every program is already in progress! Everything we have mentioned is finished, or in preparation to such an extent that we can open the flood gates at any moment and it will all come to fruition. So you may experience it - one may come a little before the others. You may find like the waves come to the shore - the waves are not separate from each other. In fact, each wave is connected to the one that comes behind it. It will be like that. When you see how your brothers and sisters have been working to bring these programs through, you are going to be astonished! Because there are now millions of you working in various areas of the world. Many of you do not know about each other. You could not, because of the way it had to be done, to be secure and to be guaranteed that it will stay under the "Cabal radar" you might say, until such time that we could release it all. That has been completely successful. There is no program that has been stopped. I guarantee you. There have not even been programs that have been stalled. The pace of some things haven been slowed a little bit - and the reason for that is not that the Cabal is destroying it, or that we could not bring it through. We watch closely. We work with you. We study how you have been thinking and feeling, and we knew that these lessons we brought through in recent weeks were so important, that they would allow the people on Earth to open their hearts to receive the programs that are ready, to accept happiness, to accept that you truly can cooperate with each other in love, that there will be no disaster or competition or dreadful events that would be caused by the RV, GCR, or by NESARA, or the Landings. It must be that humankind is ready to open their hearts, to understand each other and yourselves deeply. Sanat Teaches You How to Accept the Light This teaching from Sanat - our beloved Sanat - is so crucial for everyone, because it is what will allow you to accept the goodness that is coming. If you still are connected to the Matrix and you still believe there are enemies about who are going to destroy you, that cannot be trusted - now, be honest, Beloved Ones. Look inside yourselves! Have you not felt that? That humankind cannot possibly carry this out? That you, or "They" cannot be completely trusted to carry this through in a way that is pure Love and Light. Of course, those beliefs are what stopped everyone! Now throw that aside, the way you throw away an old t-shirt! Do not wear it any longer! It is covered with nasty sayings and dirty smudges - smelly and old - get rid of it! Because what we are bringing Beloveds is pure Light! Pure Light and Love! And so you must plow the earth - you might say - you must prepare yourselves to be the fertile ground for the Love and Light that we bring! And only by joining us - your Archangels, your Masters, Mother and Father God - only by joining us in the true belief that you are Love, will this miracle be accomplished. Look at it! You can see, it is only as much a miracle as the fact that the seed can be planted in the Earth and will grow, will complete its process to be the beautiful plant it was intended to be. That is how we see you! You came here to grow, to become the human beings that you were intended to be and that you are. Within your heart you carry God's Love, every single one of you! Even those who have gone into the dark and been immersed in these philosophies and ways of thinking that Sanat described to you, where they studied Evil, they took on the Evil, they believed in Evil. Well, Evil was not a thing in and of itself, just a thought. It is just an idea. It is not something that lives within you. It does not live within us. It was designed and perpetrated - and it was a lie! So, take it off, throw it into the fire, the Violet Fire, all these ideas that there is something wrong with you, there is something inside you that is bad. It is not true! There is something inside you that is good and Light and Love, brilliance, creativity! All the virtues you can name reside within your own heart! The ability to feel unconditional love, to be honorable, to be truthful, to be kind. All of this resides within you! Deep within you! It is the part in you that is untouchable by any dark thought, or destructive action. No matter where you have been, no matter what you have done, there is the spark of Love and Light within you that is Goodness, that is Mother and Father's Love! Reach into your own hearts, Beloved Ones, and there you will find the RV, the GCR, NESARA, the Landings, your Mentors. All of it there, all the revelations that are to come are rooted in you. The Light of Mother and Father is anchored in you! That is your true nature! That is who you really are! And that is what we need for you to see in your Selves! Once you embrace that, accept it as Truth and Knowing, a Living Experience - once you accept that, we can come. We can embrace you, and you will accept us, because we are One! We are you. You feel us coming closer and closer. Mother and Father are here with us. You feel their presence around you as you never have before! As you reach deeper and deeper they can too! It all works together, Beloved Ones. You are the revaluation of everything! You are the revelation that is to come in the new Golden Age! It lives in you, in your hearts. Mother and Father are surrounding you with Love. You only need to open your hearts and let it flow in, where it belongs, in that deep and loving place within you that is true!
