UNIFY  WORLD PEACE

You know... the real gem in the above quote is that we are those committed citizens changing the world! This is our time as individuals to unify our visions for peace and weave them into the greater narrative of global change and paradigm shifts happening on the planet now.

As part of the UNIFY family you are moved to participate in opportunities where positive impact can be directly felt and experienced on a global scale. That’s why this year we’re calling out to you, our most active supporters, to co-create an even larger presence for peace in September that will have lasting, measurable results.   

This is our collective movement. And it starts with your commitment to inner peace.  This inner peace inspires others and, when we gather as global family with this intention, the world changes quickly. It is a great time to be alive!   

For the last three years, we have come together via our local communities to celebrate the way of peace along. Millions around the globe participated. 

This year, between September 19th-21st, the peace movement will unify in mass demonstrations of Inner Peace and Social Action.  There will be Global Synchronized Meditations, Musical Celebrations, Peace Marches, and Social Action Projects.  

Imagine what we can create together this year! 

Your participation is important.  It’s the action of every individual added together that creates change on a massive scale. Our goal is to dramatically increase participation and to have events in every city across the globe.  In 2012, 248 cities participated.  In 2013, 564 groups joined.  Last year 1,167 communities joined forces.  How many can we create together this year?  2,000 ?

We can do this... Witness the unprecedented collaboration between organizations that is happening across the globe.  And the fact that we have seen a fivefold increase in the number of groups since we began in 2012.  

With your participation, the World Peace Weekend has the opportunity to become the biggest event in Peace Day History!

The Campaign will officially launch on August 15th so look out for the next email from {UNIFY}.

In the meantime, you can do something to bring more peace into the world right now.  

Here are a few suggestions:  

• Forgive one person in your life for something they did, or yourself for something you did to them.

• Take a few deep breaths before you walk into the office this week.

• Pause before you react to a frustrating experience, and look at the situation from a bird’s eye view.
