This blog is a proposal that Chiron be an important component of consideration in the study of Uranian Astrology (especially in mundane applications). Chiron and Black Moon Lilith are not accepted by most schools of Uranian Astrology. Traditional 12-House astrology (natal horoscope interpretation) of the planet/comet Chiron usually defines Chiron on the natal chart as representing wounds from the past that one usually can't do anything about. But three primary areas I have noticed to be pronouced with Chiron energies concern the following: (1) advanced or very different methods of "technologies" used for healing others (and yoga, tarot, and astrology are considered to be such "technologies") (2) state of the art science technologies that are not available to the general public (such as espionage types of technology or similar surveillance technologies. Note that MRI imaging test events on patient's natal charts are also usually associated with natal Chiron or transits to natal Chiron) (3) extraterrestrial awareness in an intense way (via personal experience).
Paramahansa Yogananda
The use of yoga as a healing tool is noted with Yogananda. Paramahansa Yogananda was born with Chiron in Virgo (ruling sign of Chiron) and in Conjunction with the natal Ascendant per traditional 12-House astrology orbs. He also had the fortunate star of Regulus rising over the Ascendant at time of his birth. Drawn below in orange, a tree features Mercury/Apollon ("the international communicator") and Venus/Black Moon Lilith ("organizations involved in metaphysics, charity work, or secret activities [which may or may not be legal])" equal to Chiron. This defines "advanced healing method" (Chiron) = "international communications with others in areas concerning metaphysics, charity work, or secret activities."
J. Edgar Hoover
In addition to the healing aspect, Chiron is associated with espionage and eavesdropping surveillance work. This type of work often involves use of advanced technologies and the use of propaganda (along with "twisting of the facts"). J. Edgar Hoover was the key founder of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He was born with an exact square involving such propaganda and deceptive areas with a Neptune Square Poseidon placement per natal chart (and notice how this Square translates into both Neptune and Poseidon being placed at 17 degrees 41 minutes on the 90 Degree Dial [below in orange]). This is significant; both planets represent "propaganda" and "ideas to inspire others" (and "deception"). The combination of this aspect of propaganda and deception with the natal Midheaven (or Mc; "one's legacy or reputation") to form a tree to Chiron ("espionage and surveillance technology areas") defines "advanced technology used in espionage or surveillance areas" to be an important part of J. Edgar Hoover's reputation and legacy (along with the use of propaganda and deception). Please note that the use of propaganda obtained via advanced technology media (used in surveillance) is still prominent today in D.C.; nobody is reportedly 100% safe from having their privacy invaded when in the D.C. area. This is probably the main reason why so many people with issues with the Federal government reportedly hate going to Washington D.C.; privacy is no longer sacred. A second tree (in green below) defines "communications in the environment" (Mercury Ascendant) combined with "police organizations; defense organizations" (Cupido/Zeus). This tree defines communications in the environment used by Hoover to connect with other outsude police-type groups were done in a very advanced Chiron way.
Betty Hill
A third aspect of Chiron concerns "extraterrestrial awareness." Two of the most famous UFO abductees are Betty Hill and Travis Walton, so I looked at the horoscopes of Betty Hill and Travis Walton (who will not be a part of any 90-Degree Dial discussion for reasons of privacy). Betty Hill recalls her abduction as one of torture; she states she was taken against her will by ETs and lied to by these ETs in the form of an advancing needle into her womb (which was called "a pregnancy test" by the ETs. The ETs reportedly inserted a needle into Hill and took eggs from her). Travis Walton was not taken against his will by ETs; Travis believes he was rescued and repaired by ETs due to getting a heart attack from getting too close to their levitating transportation vehicle (but Travis did have a conflict with the ETs once he gained consciousness). Chiron/Kronos (in green below) appears to be strong on both charts of Hill and Walton, and I have noted Chiron/Kronos to be prominent with another natal chart that may have indicated UFO abduction. Many readers of my Uranian Astrology analysis will note that Chiron/Kronos is my favorite midpoint formula used for "intelligence agency." This meaning of the midpoint may or may not be associated with the ET encounter of Walton and Hill; I feel that Chiron/Kronos may indicate either "ET delegation" or "ET abduction" to be strongly probable for the meaning of the midpoint (in addition to "intelligence agency"). The midpoint tree below defines (per my analysis) as the following statement: "extraterrestrial awareness" (Chiron) is equal to or due to "world impact or world event (Aries Point) concerning torture or military atrocity (Hades/Zeus) committed by an extraterrestrial delegation (Chiron/Kronos) while involved in travel (Mercury/Saturn)."
Conclusion
Chiron bears important consideration for use with the methods used by the Hamburg School of Astrology. The three areas that define Chiron include healing methods (via metaphysics or advanced scientific technologies), espionage work and surveillance tools (and connections with people who use such tools), and extraterrestrial awareness (due to personal experience). One key thing to remember about Chiron is that it is not like Uranus (which represents "technology available"); Chiron represents the types of technology that are not available for use by the general public (as well as technology that only certain members of the public are able to have any expertise with or be talented with). Various examples of these types of advanced technologies include yoga, operating an MRI imaging machine or CT scan, working a tarot deck, having the ability to eavesdrop on a threat to society (illegally or legally), extraterrestrial technology (and involvement with the operators of such technology), and even reading a horoscope. Not everyone can do these tasks or have an extraterrestrial experience; Chiron may suggest that instruction from another and "a feel" for doing these tasks are required to fully utilize the energies of Chiron.
