Dear Ones,
It is with a very full heart that I greet each and every one of you on this Day of Love. Each of you are beloved to me and I resonate with every beat of your heart. I feel what you are going through, I hear your thoughts and prayers, and I see and feel your struggles and your triumphs.
I ask each of you to take a moment to acknowledge yourselves right now for who you are.
You love. You all have many people in your life who you love and who love you. You are all blessed in this way. You also have many beings not yet visible to you who also love you and support you in countless ways through the journey you call life. Not one of you is insignificant in any way.
Each of you holds power and purpose. Each of you is divine. You are divinely created regardless of the level of intentionality with which your parents conceived you.
Even if you were exceptionally beloved to your parents and wanted for nothing in any way, you cannot yet imagine the power and privilege of God's love for you. Those of you who feel and experience deeply loving relationships have only tasted the tiniest morsel of God's love for you.
Somewhere in between a parents devotional love to their beloved child and God's love for you is the love we guides have for you. We exist in many realms, with many different titles - some of which you know and some of which you are not yet familiar. And we all love you.
Your collective mission and purpose as evolving beings of light, is to open yourselves to the feeling, the knowing, the experience of this love.
Those of you who live your life very intentionally and consciously and strive to live love in all ways are feeling our love more and more as you remain open to receive regardless of what stressors appear in your life.
You recognize that the more and more frequent synchronicities that you encounter in your lives are reflections of that universal, energetic flow of love through all areas of your life. They can manifest in very simple or very powerful ways.
They can be through symbols, words, feelings, scents, and many other vehicles. The more in tune you are to these synchronicities through noticing, acknowledging, and being grateful for them, the deeper your intuition develops.
The more intuitive you become, the more able you are to accept the existence and experience of the influence of our unconditional love for you. We of the unseen realms are many beings of many dimensions and frequencies - all subtler than you are currently experiencing as humanity.
Yes, there are unseen entities that are of denser energy and these can only gain access to you through your lower dimensional thoughts or behaviors. Higher guidance almost always involves steering you closer to what keeps you safe from lower entities and gives you greater access to higher entities.
You all know what is "good for you' and many of you resist that and consistently make lower choices for yourselves.
It is with the fullness of my love for you that I now ask you to love yourself more and open yourselves to the higher vibrational love that is all around you in every moment with every breath.
There are many ways to do this and the more of these ways that you choose, the more you will increase your capacity to give and receive love.
Keep your thoughts higher vibrational. Love, gratitude, compassion, trust, forgiveness, and what you call walking a mile in anothers' shoes or giving someone the benefit of the doubt are all higher vibrational choices.
Anger, fear, rage, shame, guilt, bigotry, hatred, prejudice, judgement, superiority, jealousy, and any all emotions that evoke similar feelings are lower vibrational choices. I am not saying you are not entitled to feel any way you choose. I am saying giving in to those feelings allows lower entities to attach to you.
Once attached they can stay with you if you continue to feed them through negative thoughts/energies/choices. The more attached to you they become, the more deeply entrenched they become, again, if you allow that through your thoughts, choices, behaviors. I am not saying you are consciously allowing this. I am saying that this is the result of your choices and I invite you to be more aware, more conscious of what you are creating in your life through your choices.
If you are generally in a state of love, trust, and gratitude, you are more in the flow of loving energy and your life experience reflects that. Hardships are easier to navigate because your general higher vibrational state makes you less vulnerable to parasitic energies.
If however, you routinely weaken your energy body through negative thoughts, gossip, eating or drinking things that have no life force, no organic source of existence, using pharmaceutical drugs for conditions that could be alleviated or cured through diet, exercise, relaxation, and healing modalities designed to bring your body, mind, and spirit back into balance, smoking, depriving yourself of sunlight and fresh air, and allowing yourself to develop strong attachments or addictions (soft or hard) to TV shows, computer games, social networks, any gadgets and the constant EMF exposure that accompanies them, or anything else, you are opening yourself up to lower entities.
The effects of these choices are twofold - you weaken your energy body allowing for greater infiltration of lower entities and you also compromise your physical, mental, and psychological well-being.
All of these choices, if they become habitual, weaken your immune system and you may experience some or many of the following symptoms: low energy, lack of motivation, lack of enthusiasm, fatigue, digestive disorders, frequent or prolonged headaches, irregular menstrual cycles, low libido, skin disorders, weaker vision, compromised ability to assess and react to danger, lesser ability to withstand stress, social discomfort, and many other minor conditions.
All of these conditions are completely reversible. The reason I am bringing all this to your attention at this time is that many of you are reaching a point in your attachments where the symptoms you are manifesting will be increasingly more difficult to counter act.
Left unchecked these symptoms can grow into full blown dis-ease or more serious psychological conditions. It is time to truly assess your attachments and think about the energy leaks they allow and is that something you want to allow to proliferate?
We lovingly beseech you to reattach to those things you know without doubt are truly in your highest good - spending time in nature, drawing, writing, singing, dancing, moving your body in any way that feels good to you - preferably outdoors, spending quality time with loved ones, cuddling, making love with loving intention, diversifying your social time by allowing in people who will stretch you in some way - elders, children, people of other cultures, people who are more advanced than you in some ways and others that do not have the benefit of your education or wealth or social contacts or level of health.
Be open to give and receive love in all ways without attachment and always with intention to improve yourself, your connection with God/Goddess, and/or the lives of others in some way.
Be your fabulous selves and revel in your fabulousness! Let others know how wonderful you are - not through your words, but through your actions and example. Take time to appreciate all the good things in your life, in your environment, in your body - and every single one of you is exceptionally beautiful despite what your media would lead you to believe, and every one of you has the power to heal yourselves of anything regardless of what your so called "health providers" tell you, as long as YOU believe it.
Know you can do no wrong in the eyes of Creator. You are all beautiful manifestations of Creation and every single choice is a stepping stone to the next choice. You are all in the process of learning who you truly are and the more you let go of that which does not serve you, the more clearly you will align with your true self.
Dear Ones, please keep me in your hearts and minds knowing and trusting that I am with you always, loving you powerfully.
And so it is.
