I have been vegetarian for 3 years because my spiritual teacher told me that if I wanted to be a "lightbody" I had to consume lighter foods. It is only then that we can more easily stay in contact with our spiritual guidance. He also said that after The Great Shift in Consciousness, many animals will be leaving the Earth plane, such as cows, sheep, pigs and chickens. We have taken away their evolutionary journeys, so they will not resonate with the new energy of the 4th Light. Everyone will be vegetarian, of course, and we will also be feeding our cells with Light by prana breathing in photon energy. We have much to look forward to as we ascend, yes? I do not have recipes to share as I eat mostly fresh foods. I am looking into a one-pot mung dahl/basmati rice recipe, however, from my brother, who follows the Aryuvedic practices.I will let you know how that cooks up. I was so pleased and surprised to enjoy the benefit of balanced and continual energy once I changed to a vegetarian diet. I do not have low blood sugar issues anymore, which plagued me most of my life.
Have a beautiful day!
